Seized illegal liquor worth Rs1.4 crore destroyed in Kukshi
Mhow: Kukshi police destroyed nearly 51,000 litres of illicit liquor recovered by them in various cases on Saturday.
Kukshi SDO (police) Sunil Gupta told TOI that 51,646 litres of illicit liquor worth Rs 1.40 crore were seized by four police stations in Kukshi sub-division on Saturday afternoon.
Of them, 45,745 litres liquor was seized in Kukshi police station area, while the remaining liquor was seized in Baag, Tanda and Dahi police station areas.
He said two excavators were used for destroying the liquor at an open ground in Kukshi.
