After her dog chased another into some strong currents, she had to wade into the water to save it from drowning. She posted a video of the ordeal on her Instagram. Popular actor-director Kabir Sadanand , known for his roles in shows like Kuch Kehti Hai Khamoshiyaan, Family No.1, and Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, has always had a deep affection for animals. Now based in Goa, Kabir has turned that passion into purpose with the launch of a unique educational pet café, co-founded with his friend Anil and daughter Kahineer. Sharing the inspiration behind the venture, Kabir says, 'It was the brainchild of my friend Anil. The idea to open a pet education centre has been on our minds for over three years now, and finally, in May 2025, we launched our first centre in Goa.
