Save 30% On The Solawave LED Mask During Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale

It's officially the start of Nordstrom's annual Anniversary sale—which runs from now until August 3—where you can find significant markdowns and on high-end products, including clothing, accessories, fragrances and cosmetics. If you're looking to upgrade your skin care routine, take advantage of the retailer's Solawave LED Mask deal and save over $100 on a pick that our beauty deputy editor has personally tested and crowned the best flexible LED mask. I've been using this mask for several months, too, and have been impressed with the results. TK ILLUSTRATION: FORBES / PHOTOS: RETAILER The FDA-cleared face mask uses a combination of red light therapy (to boost collagen production and smooth and reduce the appearance of fine lines) and near infrared light (to reduce your skin's dullness for a more glowy complexion). The non-invasive skin treatment only takes 10 minutes to complete and for the best results, should be done three to five times a week. If you've been waiting to try an LED face mask, this is excellent time to save on one of our top picks. After using this mask consistently for a few months, I've seen subtle results and love that it doesn't require much maintenance or effort to set up and use. Because it combines light therapies, my skin now appears less dull, my dark spots have faded slightly, and I've noticed fewer breakouts in specific problem areas. I'm not the only one who loves using this mask—many of the members of the Forbes Vetted team are also big fans. For those looking to target fine lines, our reviewers have also seen great results when using it in conjunction with other skincare products. One of the many other reasons we prefer this mask (aside from its effectiveness) is its lightweight feel, which allows us to multitask effortlessly while wearing it. One of our testers even noted that it was secure enough for her to wear the mask with no problem while walking around, lying down and more. The LED mask comes with adjustable and detachable head straps, a handheld controller, a charging cable and a storage bag. So, if you're looking for a flexible and effective LED face mask, consider shopping this Solawave option and taking advantage of its current steep discount. During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, you'll find this package at the lowest price we've seen all year long.

I Found the Best Beauty Deals on Amazon Prime Day 2025

Amazon Prime Day's beauty bargains are live. We tested the gadgets, tracked the prices, and scanned hundreds of deals to find whats worth it. All products featured on WIRED are independently selected by our editors. However, we may receive compensation from retailers and/or from purchases of products through these links. Amazon Prime Day runs from July 8 to 11, and it's a feeding frenzy for beauty steals, so I'm here to help you spend your money semi-responsibly. I've combed through countless hot tools, dental devices, and skin care gadgets to find the best Prime Day beauty deals. We've tested everything here and would vouch for these products even without a markdown. (This is WIRED, after all.) I'll be updating this list daily as more deals go live, so keep checking back. If you're shopping for other gadgets and gizmos, check out our Best Prime Day Deals roundup or our Prime Day liveblog. An honorable mention in our guide to the Best Red Light Face Masks, this soft LED mask packs 630-nm and 830-nm light to support collagen production and treat signs of aging. Unlike some other models, this mask looks actually looks pretty cute while you wear it. It's super popular because of its already affordable price, and it's made even cheaper with the extra $100+ discount. This is a pared-down Dyson hair dryer. It just has one attachment, but offers the same fast drying and protects against heat damage. The machine measures air temperature over 40 times a second, regulating the heat to make sure it never gets too hot, and like Dyson's vacuums, it has a powerful motor that spins at up to 110,000 rpm to fast-dry hair without the damaging heat. If you have a sensitive scalp like me, the Shark SpeedStyle Pro Flex is worth the investment. Shark's Scalp Shield feature monitors heat 1,000 times a second to ensure it never exceeds 230 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with four versatile attachments à la Dyson, and it's surprisingly light (1.57 pounds). Plus, it folds up for easy travel or storage. I've tested the Dyson Airwrap, and this gets you there for way less cash. Featured in our guide to the Best Blow-Dry Brushes, the Drybar Double Shot has three heat levels, reaching 275 degrees Fahrenheit at the top end, but it manages to not leave hair feeling fried. When testing, we got great hair results just using Drybar's simpler settings compared to brushes with more options. The Double Shot made our reviewer's hair nice and smooth while giving it volume, and managed to give less frizz than other models. We've tested a lot of blow-dry brushes, but the Revlon One-Step Volumizer Plus (8/10, WIRED Recommends) wins on value. It dries and styles at once, with a slimmer, 2-inch oval barrel that's detachable and easier to handle than the original. The ceramic titanium tourmaline coating cuts down on heat damage, and four settings (plus a cool shot) give you all the control you need. At $46 (down from $70), it's a steal. As seen in our Best Hair Straighteners guide, Conair's Infinity Pro is the best hair straightener you're likely to find for under 20 bucks. It not only heats all the way up to 455 degrees Fahrenheit, the little dial on the side offers a mind-boggling 30 set temperature points, so you can be sure to find the one that works for your hair. $100 $60 (40% off) Amazon I'm a devout flosser, and while this Waterpik isn't a replacement for string floss, it's a killer addition to my dental care routine. The rotating nozzle and three pressure settings blast gunk from places threads can't reach. One fill gives you 45 seconds of powerful spray, which is all I need. It's compact, waterproof, and cordless. It charges fast in just four hours and comes with a travel bag and tip case. Ideal for tight counters and travel. My gums have never been happier. I've tested a lot of sonic electric toothbrushes, but I keep circling back to the Philips Sonicare 4100. It's gentler on gums than oscillating brushes, dead simple to use, and packed with features that matter. You get a pressure sensor, a two-minute timer, two intensity modes, and a two-week battery life. It even reminds you when it's time to change the brush head. At $40 for Prime Day (down from $50), it's the one I'd grab. This is one of the most versatile beard trimmers thanks to the dozen or so attachments in the box. They're easy to swap, but you can also use the trimmer without the guard for the closest shave, and it doesn't nick or pull. You can use it plugged or unplugged (we rarely had to plug it in), and it's completely waterproof. I love this lip mask. It's featured in our guides of the Best TikTok Gifts and Best Lip Balms. A little goes a very long way—I've had my current jar for three years—and the formula is thick, but melts down quickly. This luscious treatment is flavored and scented, but not tinted. It's soothing on dry lips (and even cuticles in a pinch) thanks to ingredients like coconut oil and shea butter. It also doesn't get much cheaper than this. — Louryn Strampe If you're interested in the benefits of snail mucin, the Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence is a must-try. Packed with an impressive 96 percent snail secretion filtrate, this serum delivers hydration and works wonders in repairing your skin, all while being free from added fragrances. Regularly priced at $17, it's now available for nearly half off during Prime Day—an opportunity to stock up on this cult-favorite slime. The T3 Aire 360 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) matches the Dyson Airwrap in power and aesthetics but at a price that feels way more justified. It comes with fewer ceramic attachments than its competitors, but with two curling barrels, a concentrator, and an oval brush, it's more than enough for a salon-worthy blowout. The rose-pink finish is adorable, and it stashes easily in a drawer. WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell's one complaint about the tool was the cost, but with this deal? No notes. We've dubbed the Bio Ionic Long Barrel Styler the best curling iron for (wait for it) long hair. The 8-inch ceramic barrel wraps large sections quickly and tames frizz while you style. It heats up to 430 degrees Fahrenheit, and the sculpted cool-touch grip makes styling feel ergonomic. Plus, it's dual voltage, so you can pack it for international travels. This curling iron went viral last year for how it easily creates both waves and perfect little ringlets. Simply clamp your hair, press the button, watch as it wraps your hair around the wand, and let it go to reveal a corkscrew curl. Try it yourself, it's half off right now. Shoppers are calling this LED face mask 'the best investment in self-care' - but is it really worth it? Here's a beauty writer's honest thoughts

Shoppers who suffer from blemish-prone, problematic skin are racing to buy this high-tech LED face mask from Project E Beauty, calling it 'the best investment in self-care'. The most advanced LED face mask yet from the brand, the LumaLux Face Pro LED Light Therapy Mask not only targets spots, but can also be effective in treating and diminishing fine lines, skin texture, and hyperpigmentation. Project E Beauty LumaLux Face Pro LED Light Therapy Mask Ready to take your skin to the next level? Using state-of-the-art technology, this luxury LED mask boasts eight light settings that work to target blemishes, wrinkles, fine lines while boosting collagen production. With a speedy treatment time of three minutes, the mask boasts eight times the amount of LED's than other models on the market for visible improvements with just a few uses. It's no wonder customers have said it's the best thing they've introduced into their skincare routine. £299 Shop While skin care, diet and lifestyle factors, of course, have a huge impact on our skin, this advanced piece of kit can take your skin to the next level, boasting eight different LED light modes that tackle the most common skincare complaints. The mask, which is priced at £299 — making it considerably more affordable than other best-selling LED masks on the market —has been clinically proven to reduce acne lesions by 83 per cent in as little as four weeks, as well as reducing wrinkles by up to 75 per cent. 'The best investment in self-care,' wrote one customer. 'I've been using the mask for over a month now. I have problematic skin and struggled with acne for a long time. I had enlarged pores and dark spots left from breakouts. This mask has significantly improved my skin condition. Even the next day after using it, I woke up looking much more refreshed. My skin truly looked rested and radiant'. 'The LumaLux LED mask has truly changed my life,' added a second shopper. 'Having struggled with acne for years, I've finally found a solution that works. Within just a few weeks, I noticed incredible results: reduced redness, pimples disappearing quickly, and a much brighter, more even complexion. Its become an essential part of my skincare routine'. 'It feels like having a high-end spa treatment at home,' raved a third user. 'The mask is lightweight, comfortable, and fits well on my face and neck. The multi-function colour settings are easy to use, and I can already see improvement in my skin texture and tone after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!'. So, how does it work exactly? The mask uses scientifically-proven LED wavelengths to achieve clinical-level results in sessions of just three minutes. While most LED masks on the market only cover part of the face or treatment area, leaving much of the face uncovered, the LumaLux LED Mask fills every space for next-level results. Backed by dermatologists and aestheticians alike, Deep Rejuvenation Mode combines the most powerful wavelengths available on the market for advanced collagen production, targeting fine lines and wrinkles. Other settings include Blemish Control Mode, which targets spots at every stage while eliminating bacteria and soothing inflammation, and Intense Youth Boost Mode, which helps to trigger collagen and soften existing wrinkles. Containing 800 densely-packed LED's (compared to the standard 100 fitted within standard LED masks), its easy to use and comfortable, too: simply cleanse the face with a gentle cleanser, connect the mask to the controller, and enjoy your three minute session. Crafted from 100 per cent soft silicone, the mask is incredibly easy to incorporate into your evening routine - and actually motivates you to wind down and take a few moments to breathe before heading to bed. But do the results really justify the price? Read on for my honest thoughts. I'm one of those poor, unfortunate souls who didn't struggle much with blemishes (other than the occasional spot) throughout my teenage years, but was hit with adult acne at the age of 23 - thanks, hormones! I've tried almost every treatment (both at home and in-salon) to try and combat my breakouts, with few leaving lasting results - so when I read about the LumaLux LED Mask, I was intrigued. Could clearing my skin really be as simple as using this for three minutes per evening? The box contains everything you need to work the mask, including the mask itself, a USB-C charging cable, controller, carry bag and user manual. Although at first it seemed tedious to set up, it took me less than 10 minutes to figure out how to work the mask - though you can't use it straight away, and you'll have to allow it to charge before your first use. As the instructions described, I took off my makeup with my usual micellar water and gentle cleanser before fitting the mask and listening to rain sounds while lying in bed. The reviews are true: it really does feel like you're having your own little spa treatment, and the mask was incredibly comfortable to wear. The mask boasts 8 light settings, all targeting different ailments, though as I'm focusing specifically on treating my acne, I went for the Blemish Control Mode, which is a blue light treatment. Which each treatment only taking three minutes long, I feel using the mask nightly is something I can commit to - I've been hesitant to purchase other masks as they usually boast treatment times of 10 or sometimes 20 minutes, and I feel I'm far too fidgety to commit to that. Though I didn't notice immense results straight away, my skin definitely looked somewhat inflamed after just one use, and a little less red. After using the mask daily for four weeks, I can confidently say I've noticed a vast improvement with my skin. I usually suffer with flare-ups in between my eyebrows, and on my chin (which suggests its hormonal), though since using this, I've only suffered with the odd spot - and they disappear much more quickly. Not only that, but my skin looks significantly less inflamed and less red, too, with a more radiant look. So, is it worth it? In my opinion, absolutely. Compared to getting regular treatments in-salon, the mask is incredibly affordable when considered an investment into your skin, and can be used daily in the comfort of your own home with clinically-proven technology. Though I'm yet to say goodbye to my texture and acne for good, this mask has brought me closer than I've ever been before - and I'm so excited to see my progress with continued use (it's said to use consistently for eight weeks to see significant results). Ready to say hello to your best skin yet? Shop the LumaLux PRO LED Light Therapy Mask here - and tell your skin we said you're welcome.

After testing nine LED face masks, our beauty team named the Omnilux Contour Face one of the best options thanks to its lightweight design and easy-to-follow instructions. It features a combination of red light and near-infrared light therapy, which our testers reported gave them more even-toned, radiant skin after months of use. Our supervising deals and coupons editor Kara Cuzzone also gives the mask high marks. 'The Omnilux Contour is the best LED mask I've tried. I like that it's lightweight and flexible, so it's easy to pack and take on the go,' she says. "Plus, each session is only 10 minutes, which is ideal because I can't sit patiently for much longer than that. After I use it, my skin looks noticeably brighter and my redness is less visible." Omnilux The FDA-cleared and dermatologist-recommended device targets fine lines, dark spots, redness and uneven skin texture. And while your results will likely vary based on your individual complexion and skin concerns, the brand says that you should begin to notice changes in your skin within four to six weeks (as long as you commit to at least three 10-minute sessions per week). At $59 off, this deal is just $1 away from the Omnilux LED mask sale we saw during Black Friday 2024. If you're not sold on the Contour Face, this exclusive Omnilux sale also includes popular items like the targeted Eye Brightener, the Contour Glove and the Omnilux Men. Use our Omnilux discount link to ensure that the 15% off markdown applies to your cart. Yes, multiple Forbes Vetted staffers have tested the Omnilux Contour and found it to provide benefits including brightening, evening out skin tone and decreasing redness. As dermatologist Dr. Corey L. Hartman previously told Forbes Vetted, the device is FDA-cleared, and the brand supports its claims with clinically reviewed and published research. The mask features 132 medical-grade LEDs and optimized wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to deliver noticeable changes to the skin. As long as users are consistent with their applications—wearing the mask three to five times per week for 10 minutes at a time—Omnilux says there should be visible results within four to six weeks. After the six-week period, users can move into routine maintenance treatments, though frequency will depend on individual lifestyle choices and long-term skin goals. As stated above, Omnilux advises wearing the LED mask three to five times per week to start. If you have more sensitive skin, you may find starting at three times per week and gradually building up to five works best for you. Since everyone's experience with light therapy can be different, it's a good idea to consult with a dermatologist or esthetician before starting, especially if you're unsure how your skin might react. Yes, the Omnilux LED face mask can help reduce wrinkles caused by aging and sun exposure—though results won't appear overnight. Red light therapy works by targeting collagen production and loss of elasticity to improve skin firmness over time. For the best results, it's vital to maintain consistency in your routine.

The Omnilux Contour Face Mask Is a Red Light Therapy Powerhouse

The most sought-after skin-care product these days isn't a potent face serum or a collagen face mask, but rather the Omnilux Contour Face Mask. Because while topical formulas can offer a lot for skin, LED face masks like the Omnilux are thought to penetrate even deeper, working on a cellular level to help firm, brighten, and even plump skin. Not surprisingly, there are quite a few of these facial tools to choose from, be it the Currentbody LED Face Mask or the TheraBody TheraFace. But the Omnilux Contour Face in particular gets quite a lot of love from dermatologists, and for good reason. While no at-home red light therapy device can compete with in-office procedures, this one really can deliver the smoother, more radiant skin it promises—with consistent and long-term use, of course. With that in mind, here's what you should know. About the Omnilux Contour Face Mask The Omnilux Contour Face Mask is a flexible, silicone mask that's equipped with 132 medical-grade lights, which emit light in two wavelengths—one red and another near-infrared. The brand has a very strong foundation for its technology, since it initially offered medical devices to dermatologists and other providers before branching out into at-home tools. For those unfamiliar with the tech, 'red light therapy uses specific wavelengths to penetrate the skin and stimulate mitochondrial activity, which boosts ATP production—essentially giving skin cells more energy to repair and regenerate,' says Mona Gohara, MD, a board-certified dermatologist in Hamden, Connecticut. In doing so, red light therapy can boost collagen formation, quell inflammation, and improve circulation, which together can deliver smoother skin texture and more even tone. Better yet, there's also research to back it up. 'The mechanism is well-studied, though individual results can vary based on skin type and condition,' she says. Keep in mind, though, that red light therapy isn't for everyone. 'People with photosensitive conditions or on light-sensitive medications should consult a professional before use,' says Dr. Gohara; that includes melasma, which red light therapy can inadvertently worsen. What It Is: The Omnilux Contour Face is a light therapy tool powered by red and near-infrared lights to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, fade the appearance of discoloration and redness, and target other signs of aging. After four weeks, all 25 participants thought their skin felt brighter, plumper, and more hydrated. First, use the included charging cable to charge the remote controller. (I did this overnight.) Then, plug the silicone mask into the remote controller and slip it over your head, making sure your face is clean. Adjust the head straps to your comfort level. Begin the treatment by pressing the button on the remote controller. After 10 minutes, it shuts off automatically. My Experience With the Omnilux Contour Face Mask My skin is very demanding: As I near my late-30s, I have the luxury (I suppose) of having both signs of aging, such as fine lines and dark spots, as well as hormonal breakouts and the requisite scarring. My goal was for the Omnilux to dispatch both, which Dr. Gohara believes it can. 'Red light therapy has been shown to support collagen production and reduce inflammation, which can explain firmer, brighter skin and less redness,' she says of the brand's claims. 'The plumping effect is often related to hydration and barrier support.'
