The 'mystery woman' seen enjoying a cosy lunch date with Alfie Boe is a manager at a used car auction house who is 22 years his junior, MailOnline can reveal. The singer, 51, was spotted with Elizabeth Worthington in London last month, when they were pictured strolling hand-in-hand after enjoying an alfresco lunch at the La Brasseria Milanese in Marylebone. Elizabeth, 29, from Warrington, works as a business development manager for vehicle auction firm BCA UK, based in Hook, Hampshire, but previously held a position with a second-hand BMW dealership in her native Cheshire. It's unclear how she and Alfie met, but sources close to his latest partner told MailOnline she was 'destined' to date somebody famous. The Opera singer put on an affectionate display with Elizabeth, two years after his 'secret romance' with Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham. Elizabeth's mother denied that there was any romance between the pair – and insisted that the couple were not lovers but 'just good friends.' Roseann Worthington told Mailonline: 'They are not an item and are just good friends.' She said her daughter had called her to say she'd been pictured in London with the star, telling her mum: 'It's absolutely ridiculous.' Mrs Worthington, speaking at her farm near the Derbyshire Peaks town of Glossop, added: 'Even if they were an item then so what, is it really relevant and who's interested in him now?' 'And my daughter's got a boyfriend who is her age and not her dad's age like he is,' she added. She declined to say how Elizabeth knows the singer.
