Beauty shoppers looking for a bargain can currently score a great deal on this 4-piece Lancome 'eye-lifting' gift set worth £85, as it's slashed to under £50 in this flash sale Skincare shoppers can currently take advantage of Lookfantastic's summer sale, which has seen a Lancôme eye-lifting bundle worth £85 get slashed to nearly half that, for a limited time only. This four-piece Lancôme Rénergie Multi-Lift Eye Routine 30ml Gift Set normally retails for £62 but is currently available for £46.50 while this deal lasts. Boasting four skincare and makeup gems from the iconic beauty brand, shoppers can enjoy a full-sized Rénergie eye cream, alongside three discovery-sized beauty products for a majorly discounted price. The set includes the cult-favourite Rénergie Multi-Lift Ultra Eye Cream (15ml), which would normally cost £61 when bought solo. This eye cream is formulated with next-generation hyaluronic acid, which targets fine lines, dark circles, and loss of firmness, creating a smoother and younger-looking under-eye. Set to instantly moisturise and deliver a plumping effect to the delicate skin around the eye area, this eye cream is designed to give an eyelift effect when incorporated into your skincare routine. Elsewhere in the four-piece collection is the Advanced Génifique Serum (10ml), which is touted as a multi-tasking serum that reduces the appearance of fine lines, pores, uneven skin tone, and dullness. It utilises seven pre- and probiotic-derived extracts, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C to help visibly plump and smooth skin for an ageless look. This skincare product would normally retail for £82 (100ml) when bought alone. Another product in the bundle is Lancôme's Hypnôse Mascara (2ml), which promises to give up to 24 hours of wear. Coating the lashes in jet-black colour to promote a volumised finish, the SoftSculpt formula is enriched with conditioning ProVitamin B5, offering buildable volume with a long-wearing, clump-free finish. This mascara costs £31 for the full-sized version. Lastly, in the set is this Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover (30ml), a gentle, non-oily cleanser that removes eye makeup, including waterproof mascara, leaving eyes feeling refreshed and cleansed. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers, this makeup remover retails for £27 but is currently up for grabs for £18.90 on Amazon. Shoppers who have bestowed this beauty bundle with 5-star reviews can't stop raving about the Lancôme products, with one shopper saying: "Lovely treat to take away on holiday. Beautiful products. Skin feels soft and looks fresh and radiant." Another thrilled customer raves: "Purchased as a treat for myself as on offer. Eye cream leaves eyes feeling smooth and very hydrated, and the additional 3 items are a great size for travelling (and a great opportunity to try out these products before committing to full size ones) Will buy again." And a third chimes in: " My skin instantly looked radiant and glowing had comments the day after use. Makes my skin plump and look younger!" More of the same sentiments are shared by this buyer who beams: "Nothing has ever removed the dark circles and gave me a plump at the same time, my new fave."

Fireman who won £200k on scratchcard battling ‘spendaholic' ex after she claimed he ‘lovebombed' her with lavish gifts

Heather Douglass splurged on exotic holidays and household renovations after Craig Titchener gave her a five-figure sum. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Heather Douglass claimed she was gifted £45,000 of the win Credit: Champion News Service Ltd The nurse claimed Titchener gifted her the cash from his lucky win to "get back into her good books" after they rowed. But he insisted the money was supposed to be ploughed into premium bonds which they could both share the interest on. The pair battled it out in court over three cash transfers totalling £45,000 that were made in 2022. District Judge Charlotte Hart ruled that £40,000 of the money transferred was intended to be invested as Titchener intended. But she found a cash transfer of £5,000 was a thank you gift to Douglass, along with a £300 bottle of Lancome perfume. The court was told airport firefighter Titchener scooped the £200,000 win on a Winter Wonderlines scratchcard in 2019. He said he wanted to use the money to buy a house for him and his kids but after beginning a "volatile" 11-month relationship with Douglass, he handed her £45,000 of his cash in 2022. When the pair split, Titchener tried to claim the money back and believed it had been invested by Douglass. But she failed to pay up - claiming her ex had "lovebombed" her with generous presents and cash. She told him: "You sent me money because you were desperate to be in a relationship with me". But Titchener questioned in court why he would send "half my live savings just to be in a relationship with you". Douglass replied: "You want women to be with you and you struggle when you're on your own. "You're very controlling and this was a relationship wholly based on control. You believe that you can buy people." The nurse also claimed her ADHD gave her "an addiction to over-spending". She told the judge that with her ex's agreement, she spent the cash on holiday to Thailand for them both and household works. Douglass said: "When I'm elated I will buy extravagant things. I have a tendency to overspend. "If you came to my house, you'd see there are things coming there every day." But Titchener said he has "always fought hard for a better life" for him and his children. He continued: "When I won that £200,000 on the scratchcard, I didn't see it as just luck but as a life-changing opportunity. "I thought that now I can finally buy the family home I've always wanted and that intention to invest in a home has been consistent from the start." The judge said there was "very little evidence to support claims of a controlling or harassing relationship" and ruled that Douglass had failed to prove that the £40,000 was gifted to her. But she said Titchener had also tried to bolster his case by concocting a digital document that he claimed was a signed agreement between him and Douglass confirming that the transferred money was earmarked for investment. The case will return to court for an investigation into where the £40,000 went.

Sally Foran: I tried Medik8's €140 'age-defying' retinal facial — here's what I thought
Medik8's new crystal retinal age-defying facial combines two of my favourite elements in skin care — retinal and facial massage. Designed in collaboration with master facialist Michaella Bolder, it merges the brand's signature retinal technology with an expert sculpting massage to tackle signs of ageing, all while remaining kind to skin. I travelled to The Spa at Johnston Estate, Co Meath for an exclusive trial of the new treatment. Here's what I thought. Who are Medik8? Medik8 are the UK's number one dermatological brand, best known for their iconic 'Crystal Retinal' range. Retinal, a form of vitamin A, works up to 11 times faster than standard retinol. It's the strongest retinoid available without prescription and is just one conversion away for the active retinoic acid (most retinols are a couple of conversaions away from retinoic acid meaning they can cause less irritation, but can also be less effective). Medik8's Crystal Retinal range has options for beginners through to seasoned retinol/retinal pros Available in six strengths, from beginners to long-time retinal users, there's an option for everyone in the range. With antibacterial properties, it is also ideal for acne-prone skin. Many experts now recommend using retinal instead of retinol, just make sure you start 'low and slow', gradually increasing strengths as your skin adjusts. I chose Medik8 when I started my retinal journey and after experiencing impressive results, it's doubtful I'll ever switch to a prescription-strength retinoid. What is the 'age defying facial'? Daniel Isaac, Medik8's chief product officer and founding partner, said the new crystal retinal age defying facial "marks a new era" for the brand. "For the first time we're bringing our award-winning retinal technology into the clinic, offering a fully customisable results-driven treatment, that combines the age-defying power of retinal and Vitamin C in one treatment" It's also notable that Michaella Boulder, a leading master facialist with over 17 years of experience, has had a hand in its design. A favourite amongst celebrities and global skincare brands, I first discovered Michaella at a Lancome event in London, and after witnessing her signature, sculpting massage techniques in action, I immediately became a fan. Facial massage has many benefits; it improves blood flow, stimulates collagen, reduces inflammation, eases tension and promotes relaxation. Boulder says she designed the bespoke massage to work "in perfect harmony with Medik8's powerful anti-ageing crystal retinal formula and enhance its results'. Combining vitamins A and C with sculpting techniques helps to optimise retinal absorption, lift facial contours, support lymphatic drainage and deliver both instant and long-term results. This unique combination promises to offer a transformative result, leaving skin smoother, firmer and clearer. My experience Sally Foran, before her facial As the facial is customisable, my treatment began with a skin analysis. After a thorough cleanse, a light lactic acid peel was applied. Next, drops of crystal retinal were mixed with 10% pure vitamin C, in a hydrating mask. These drops are fast-releasing, for a quicker hit, unlike at home retinal, which is slower releasing. The mask was massaged into my face and neck, with Boulder's sculpting techniques, enabling the ingredients to penetrate deeper into my skin, for the ultimate absorption of retinal. I left with sculpted, glowing, nourished and smoother skin, which lasted for days. I left with a customised recommended retinal routine to foll at home to futher enhance and accelerate results. Sally Foran, after her facial Recommended for anyone who wants to soften fine lines and wrinkles, enhance radiance, plump, firm, depuff or sculpt skin, it is the ideal pre-event facial. I'm already planning my next visit! The details Location: The Spa at The Johnstown Estate, Co Meath. Cost: €140 for 60 minutes, with 90 minutes of rest and relaxation included in the spa's thermal facilities Sally Foran received a complimentary treatment in exchange for a fair and honest review
