POLOKWANE – What started as a young boy's curiosity in his mother's kitchen has become one of Polokwane's most loved culinary ventures.
Rangwane 'Biggest' Maluleke, affectionately known as 'LeBiga', is the founder of The Biggest Grill, a standout spit braai and catering company in Penina Park.
With a name that reflects not only his nickname but his philosophy, namely big flavour, big portions, big personality, The Biggest Grill has carved out a reputation for delivering hearty, flavour-packed meals and a dining experience that brings communities together.
'I always had a passion for food. Helping my mom cook ignited something in me. I knew early on that food would be my path,' he told BONUS.
After years of cooking for friends and family, he took the leap and started his own venture, with a vision to turn braai culture into a professionally executed, mouth-watering experience for everyone.
From whole lamb spit braais to traditional dishes with a modern twist, the menu is a celebration of local flavour, proudly using locally sourced ingredients. And it's not just the food that sets the business apart.
'We pride ourselves on attention to detail, quality, and hospitality,' Maluleke added. 'Plus, I believe happy staff means happy customers.'
