Daily Affirmation for July 21, 2025 to Kickstart Your Vibe
✨ Today's Affirmation: 'I trust the timing of my life — even when it doesn't make sense yet.' 💫 Vibe Check: Feeling behind? Comparing your pace to everyone else's highlight reel? We've all been there. But today's energy is a reminder that your journey is unfolding exactly as it's meant to — plot twists, pauses, and all. You're not late. You're not off track. You're just living a timeline that's custom-built for you. 🧘♀️ Why This Works: We live in a world obsessed with milestones: career by 25, marriage by 30, success by yesterday. But comparison is a trap, and it steals your peace. This affirmation helps ground you in the truth that not everything needs to happen now to be meaningful later. Trusting your own pace builds resilience — and self-love. 🌿 Your Mini Mission: Today, ditch the pressure to 'keep up.' Instead: – Unfollow one account that makes you question your worth. – Write down three things you've done lately that your younger self would be proud of. – Whisper this when your mind spirals: 'I am not behind. I am becoming.' 🎧 Divine Timing Playlist: For the days you need to slow down and trust the magic: 'Unwritten' – Natasha Bedingfield 'Wait for It' – Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton) 'Grow As We Go' – Ben Platt 'Everything in Its Time' – Indigo Girls 🔮 BonusEnergy Tip: Look at the sky today — sunrise, sunset, or just clouds drifting. Let it remind you: nothing in nature rushes, and it all still blooms. You will too.

Boston Pops and special guests hold final dress rehearsal before July 4 performance
It was a star-studded spectacular for a star-spangled celebration the night before Boston's iconic Independence Day celebrations, where the atmosphere was already electric. The smooth Leslie Odom Jr. who portrayed Aaron Burr in the smash hit Tony-Award winning musical "Hamilton" joined the lineup again and Boston's own Bell Biv DeVoe's performance was still so infectious. The Pops' Fourth of July spectacular is now in its 51st year and Maestro Keith Lockhart said the music celebrates what unites us. This is his 30th anniversary with the Pops. "This concert is for all of us," said Lockhart. "It's for all Americans so we try not to go in any one particular direction, we go in all directions at once so that there's somebody on the program that everybody says, 'Wow, that they got them just for me.'" Some couldn't wait until the actual fourth to partake in the festivities, so they got cozy in the grass early. "I think just enjoying time with family and friends, I think a little pause in the summer to celebrate and just enjoy our country," said spectator Renee Buck. Boston is preparing to pull out all the stops out as thousands descend to the Hatch Shell for America's birthday. Celebrating America's birthday There will be red, white and extra men and women in blue keeping a close eye. "The impact is the city celebrating and I love that the city comes out together and it's just a big fun festival," said Williams. In the 250th year of the American Revolution, it will be a celebration for the record books with the stars and stripes forever. "It gives us a chance to think about what that revolution was about and what we can do to manifest those ideals today," said Lockhart. The gates open tomorrow at noon if you're looking to grab a seat. This year, the concert starts at 7 p.m. and the fireworks are at 9:40 p.m.

Hamilton Star Anthony Ramos Reacts To Fans Who Were 'P***ed' About Cast's Tonys Performance
Hamilton star Anthony Ramos has responded to the furore surrounding his recent appearance at the Tony Awards. To commemorate 10 years since the revered musical made its Broadway debut, the original cast came together for a performance at the Tonys earlier this month, which saw Anthony once again sharing the stage with the likes of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr, Phillipa Soo, Jonathan Groff, Ariana DeBose and Christopher Jackson. But while the performance was hugely lauded, some fans were pretty irked that Anthony didn't get his own moment to shine. During an appearance on Thursday's edition of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen pointed out: 'When you were at the Tonys with the cast of Hamilton, you were the only one without a solo, and people were pissed.' 'I was,' Anthony responded, making a face. He added: 'That was really nice, that people got pissed! But honestly, there was a solo moment in that whole sequence. But I didn't say yes to the Tonys until Saturday morning, and the Tonys was on Sunday. 'So, they weren't even planning on me being there, so they cut that part, they choreographed the whole number. And then I texted Lin on Saturday morning, like, 'yo, is it too late to join y'all?'... 'They fit me in where I could fit in. But I mean, there was a moment for me, but they had to take it out, because they didn't plan on me being there.' Since originating the role of Philip Hamilton on Broadway, Antony's star has only continued to rise. In 2021, he took the lead in the film adaptation of another Lin-Manuel Miranda creation, In The Heights, and has also appeared in A Star Is Born, Dumb Money and Twisters. He's also lent his voice to the family comedy The Bad Guys and its upcoming sequel, and played a small role in the Will & Grace revival.
