The brands have previously cooked up some of the best sneaker collaborations in memory, and now they're back with a line-up that merges the rich denim heritage of Levi's® with Nike's legendary Air Max 95 silhouette. It's the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95, and the releases aren't slowing down. We've already seen the Big Bubble Bright Mandarin returns alongside the Big Bubble Bright Neon. However, outside of a handful of collaborative pieces with brands like Cortiez and Stash, the silhouette hasn't been given an all-over makeover. Now, that's set to change as Levi's treats the shoe to premium Levi's® denim materials and unique design elements that honour both brands' DNA. OG 'Big Bubble' Air Max units, stealthy and smooth colourways, the Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 will release in three colourways on July 10th 2025, on the Levi's® App, in select Levi's® flagship stores, and on July 11th on SNKRS. Look out for campaign images below that feature hip-hop artist Larry June, WNBA player Paige Bueckers, NFL player Keon Coleman, and designer Daniel Buezo. Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 Black | Image: Supplied / Levi's The Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 will arrive in three colour-ways: Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 Denim Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 Black Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 White/Ecru Sneakerheads will be happy to hear that the Levi's® x Nike Air Max 95 carries the torch of recent releases, utilising the OG 'Big Bubble' Air Max units that give a nod to the original Nike Air Max 95. Meanwhile, the upper is slightly slimmed down for a more wearable design, which is again, closer to the OG in style. Detail-wise, the Levi's® iconic Red Tab appears under the Nike swoosh on the right shoe only, while the shank displays Levi's® red branding. The sock liner showcases a Levi's® dollar bill print on a red substrate. All three colourways are presented in custom packaging – classic Nike Air Max 95 boxes redesigned in Levi's® red with added batwing details. The latter features selvedge denim and matching mid-to-light wear patterns alongside the signature off-white chain-stitching details. Our favourite element, however, is the co-branded brown leather patches with Nike swoosh logos that replace traditional Levi's® elements. You'll find a similar highlight on the Levi's® x Nike Trucker Jacket, which features the staple Type II structure with selvedge running through the interior placket and a prominent chainstitch Nike logo on the back. 'In collaboration with Nike, we set out to craft an immersive experience that celebrates both brands' shared legacy and forward-thinking spirit,' said Leo Gamboa, VP of Collaborations at Levi's. The night was electric in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown as Malaysia's own rap powerhouse,ZAMAERA, took center stage for the latest stop in the sold out 'Road to FAM' series. In a city brimming with music, the event—held at the intimate yet pulsing Over & Above venue—proved that Southeast Asia's next wave of artists is more than ready to claim their place on the global stage. Presented byFuture Asian Music (FAM)andLevi's®, 'Road to FAM' is a city-hopping music showcase that's been turning heads across the region. After packed-out shows in Manila and Singapore, the energy arrived in KL on May 21, where ZAMAERA headlined a night that blended hip hop, R&B, and denim culture into something uniquely Malaysian. ZAMAERA, who first made waves with her viral anthem 'Helly Kelly,' didn't disappoint. Decked out in a custom Levi's® look by local labelUGLY PRETTY—think layered denim corset, miniskirt, and a blazer-trench hybrid—the rapper owned the stage. Her setlist was a masterclass in crowd work, weaving together fan favorites like 'Big Fish' and new drops like 'Jumper' with the kind of energy that had the whole room moving. At one point, she even invited fans to dance with her on stage—a move that turned the packed venue into a full-on dance floor. The evening's vibe was set by local DJs Damien Mirza and Prav, who warmed up the crowd with hip hop and R\&B mixes that had people grooving long before ZAMAERA's first beat dropped. 88rising'sFuture Asian Music(FAM) andLevi's®, announced the Road to FAM series last month, honoring the global music scene and spotlighting burgeoning Asian talent. The free, multi-city performance experience will hit Singapore, Jakarta, Manila and Kuala Lumpur this month and it kicked off in high spirits in Manila. The series celebrates the next generation of talent as well as Levi's® cultural innovation, as the tour aligns with the anniversary of the iconic 501® jeans, worn by stars of all walks of life from past generations. FAM got the party started at Manila's Apotheka on May 14, with tickets selling out in less than a day. The inaugural show proved to be extra special as Manila-based musicianZack Tubudlotook to his hometown stage alongside local rising DJ talentHideki ItoandT33G33. Tubudlo made his mark on the music industry and placed a spotlight on Filipino talent with his viral tracks, including'Binibini,'which he broke a record with as the first Filipino artist to hit 1 billion streams on Spotify. To set the tone for the event, the DJ openers warmed up the crowd with techno, house, R&B and indie pop tracks. Tubudlo then performed his latest single'Manoloko,'as well as some other fan-favorite hits. He wore a Levi's® custom outfit crafted in collaboration with local designerRio Cuervoto further honor the local creative scene. Cuervo was directly inspired by Tubudlo's sound when creating the one-of-one look. She shared that she was actually listening to his song 'Manoloko' while designing. 'The patchwork jacket is my favorite because that's truly a combination of Zack's art, which is his music, and my art in repurposed clothing. I was very much inspired by how his music mends hearts. I mend retaso,' says Cuervo. Limited-edition Levi's® patches were created for guests of the event by Global, Skunkworks and Zack Tubudlo's team and there are more surprises to come on the rest of the Road to FAM tour stops. To close off the multi-city music series at the end of the month, Jakarta's headliner Ramengvrl has invited labelmateKENZ, an Indonesian rapper co-signed byRamengvrlherself, to join the roster on stage at ZOO SCBD on May 25th. Sacai and Levi's channel James Dean in latest collab collection

Sacai and Levi's have channeled James Dean in a Rebel Without a Cause moment for their new denim-driven latest collab collection, unveiled Monday. Entitled Levi's® x Sacai, the collection disrupts the American brand's iconic silhouettes via the Japanese label's distinctive assemblage techniques and experimental design. 'While embracing Sacai designer and creative director Chitose Abe 's visionary approach to transforming familiar garments into unexpected new forms, the new Levi's® x Sacai collection celebrates the heritage of Levi's® denim craftsmanship,' the giant jeans label said in a release. Abe had teased her initial partnership ideas for the capsule collection in her June 2024 show. This new collection features overalls with elephantine legs, or classic denim jackets subverted with Abe's signature flight jacket nylon trim. Others are reimagined as Victorian layered cloaks. Blazers in black denim are finished in yellow stitching, as are denim Tyrolean tunics. Pockets are displaced, doubled up or overlapping, in a collection that includes womenswear and menswear. Featuring actress and model Chase Sui Wonders, alongside model Chandler Frye, the ad campaign blends the timeless lived-in quality of denim with the avant-garde approach of Abe. Shot by photographer Craig McDean and styled by Karl Templer, it's all about a rebel with a fashion cause—part of the essence of both brands' DNA. The Levi's® x Sacai collection will be available through exclusive pop-ups at Selfridges on May 26, Landmark Hong Kong on May 27 and worldwide starting May 28 on the Levi's® app, in select Levi's® flagship stores, and at select Sacai retail locations.
