Lewvan Drive, 13th Ave reopened after serious crash
A crash involving a car and a motorcycle closed down Lewvan Drive and 13th Avenue for several hours on July 1, 2025. (Rhonda Nye/CTV News) Following a serious collision in the area, the Regina Police Service reopened Lewvan Drive and 13th Avenue early Wednesday morning. The crash, which involved two vehicles, resulted in one person being transported to hospital by paramedics. Police say they sustained 'serious' but ultimately non-life-threatening injuries. Footage from the scene showed a damaged motorcycle and sedan at the scene. 'The investigation into the circumstances of this collision continues,' Regina police said in a news release. The road closure was reported just after 10 p.m. Tuesday night and ended just after 1 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Man injured in single vehicle crash on Lewvan Drive involving pedestrian: police

(David Prisciak/CTV News) Regina police say a man was significantly injured in a single vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on Lewvan Drive early Thursday morning. Northbound traffic was restricted on Lewvan Drive from Ring Road to Gordon Road for a period of time, but police say the public can now resume normal activities in the area. Police did not say the extent of the man's injuries, adding that an investigation is ongoing.
