New Love Island bombshell Angel has VERY glam jetsetter lifestyle – and is best friends with former Love Island girl

NEW Love Island bombshell Angel has a very glam jetsetter lifestyle, and she's best pals with former Love Island girls. On Thursday night, the stunning salon owner landed in the ITV2 villa ready to cause a riot at the rodeo-themed party. 6 6 Before arriving on the show, Angel was asked about breaking up a couple. She said: 'That is what's going to happen so it's quite exciting really. That's what I'm in there for. 'I feel like people have been getting their heads turned very easily. I do feel like I have quite a good chance of turning someone's head.' And she's certainly been turning heads on social media with her very glamorous lifestyle. Angel shares very regular snaps from beautiful locations abroad, and really does have a jetsetter lifestyle. As well as being a salon owner, Angel is also a model, with her various modelling work taking her to locations across the globe. She shares her stunning snaps with her 118,000 Instagram followers, including recent trips skiing, and a visit to Marbella in June. And Angel already counts some of the former Love Island girls as pals, including best mate Harriett Blackmore. When Love Island announced her entry into the villa on Instagram, it was flooded with good luck messages from former Islanders. Jessy Potts wrote: 'Yes Angel girl !!!,' and Liberty Poole commented: 'Go on girl!!' Harriett said she 'CAN'T WAIT' for her bestie to arrive in the villa, and 2024 star Matilda Draper added: 'YESSSSSSSSS THE PARTY HAD ARRIVED.' Samantha Kenny wrote beneath the post: 'Now THAT is a bombshelllllll yes girl.' Angel has also been spotted hanging out with Towie star Dan Edgar on holiday in recent weeks. The hot new bombshell describes herself as a '20 out of 10' and says she's ready to turn heads – particularly Ty's. The blonde beauty says: 'I'd like to get to know Ty and see what he's about." Angel has been single for a year and says she's going into the villa with the hope of finding a serious relationship. She gushed: 'It's an amazing opportunity to make new connections and have new experiences. I'm ready to make memories with someone, go travelling with them and fall in love.' When it comes to her type, Angel is looking for the classic 'tall, dark and handsome,' with muscles, a nice smile, and a strong sense of humour. She added: 'Someone that's family orientated and very needy for me." Angel also made it clear she's not afraid to step on toes. 'Breaking up another couple? That is what's going to happen, so it's quite exciting really,' she said. Her arrival is expected to stir tensions in the villa, particularly between Lauren and Ty, who are currently coupled up. 6

Love Island star ordered to change image for fame after villa

Love Island alumni Liberty Poole has always been her own woman - from keeping it real in the villa to embracing those fabulous curves as she admits she was asked to do one strange thing post-villa She might not have found lasting love during her two stints on Love Island, but Liberty Poole is proof that staying true to yourself is perhaps the real win when it comes to participating in the dating show. The 25-year-old Brummie first found fame in 2021 when she coupled up with Jake Cornish on day one in the villa and quickly became one half of the show's golden couple – until she called time on the romance, days before the final. Last year, Liberty gave love another shot on Love Island: All Stars but, once again, chose self-respect over game-playing guys. Since then, as she exclusively tells OK!, she's turned her relationship woes into a platform for body positivity, inspiring her 1.3 million Instagram followers to embrace their imperfections. ‌ READ MORE: Michelle Keegan joins Padel trend with powerful racket that is 'ideal for female players' ‌ Hi Liberty! Looking back, how do you feel about your experiences in the villa? You know, no matter what, I always come out a stronger person. But yes, I feel like my journeys in the villa weren't the easiest. It's a time I'll always cherish, but there were also some negative things to deal with. Obviously, I had to rewatch my boyfriend on TV saying he wasn't attracted to me, then in the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge, I got pied three times. I was the girl who was never picked or fancied. I think it's important to remember that there's such a small group of people in there, it's not a reflection on you – it's just the nature of the show. We're in the middle of the current series – any changes you would have liked to have seen this season? Well, I feel like they've come a long way since earlier seasons with diversity, but I do think they could still do more with body diversity as well. There's always a certain body type that goes into the villa, so I think more could be done in that sense. Because I'm a bit of a curvier girl myself, I do a lot of body positivity now online. Before I went on Love Island, I used to heavily edit my photos and shrink my waist. Whereas, when you're in front of a camera, you can't hide. Did you feel like people in the All Stars villa knew how to play the game and weren't taking part to find love? ‌ Yeah, I definitely think some people did. I remember having a conversation with one particular person in the All Stars villa and I was honestly just trying to have a genuine conversation with them. They said to me, 'Oh no, you're not doing this conversation right, you're mentioning the fourth wall.' They said that we needed to 'redo' the conversation. It wasn't even one of the producers who said that – it was a cast member. I realised people were actually thinking like that. I just went in as me because I don't think anything else would have worked for me. Do you think it's still possible to begin a long-lasting relationship in the villa or is it now more of a platform to find fame? I would say it's evolved more into that now, yes, because I think people are very aware that you go on the show and you get a certain following and it does open up opportunities and doors for you. I would say it's maybe more evolved into that now than the first season, but I wouldn't paint everyone with the same brush and say everyone's in it for the fame. I still think people do go into the villa open to finding love. ‌ Were there any challenges you experienced, returning to normality after you left Love Island for the first time? The welfare team really supports you during your time on the show and after the show, when you return home. For me, the difficulty was coming out. Never compromise your happiness for fame and money. You do get a bit love-bombed by the show. Obviously, you're busy when you come out and it's this crazy whirlwind, but it calms down. From the start, I'd say do not compare yourself to anyone else because everyone else's journey in the industry is different. When I came out, I had times where I was told to wear designer bags more to elevate my image. That just wasn't me – no thanks. What advice would you give any prospective Islanders? Just be yourself. I've been there and I've seen people be themselves and it works out for them a lot better than the people who try to pretend or play up to the camera in some way. Also, the public are not stupid. So just be yourself and you'll get further down the line. Some people's experiences are that you go in and find love and end up in a long-lasting relationship, like Alex and Olivia [Bowen], Indiyah [Polack] and Dami [Hope] – they're all still in very happy relationships. You can be open to that aspect, but I wouldn't go in with that expectation.

Liberty Poole shared terrifying hot air balloon ordeal before fatal Brazil crash

Former Love Island star Liberty Poole shared her concerns about taking hot air balloon trips, revealing she was unsure about the level of safety she experienced when she previously took to the air Love Island star Liberty Poole warned of the dangers of hot air balloon rides amid the tragic deaths of at least eight when such a floating aircraft became engulfed in flames in Brasil this week. Reality star Liberty, 25, had taken to the air herself recently, but did not enjoy the trip. Taking to social media, including via TikTok and Instagram, the former Love Island contestant shared footage and insights from her experience. She captioned her video, writing: "Social media Vs reality: Hot Air Balloon edition." ‌ The clips showed her looking comfortable while up in the air, fanning herself and at ease. The footage then cut to a clip of the star screaming shouting out in fear alongside others as they returned to the ground with a thud and they were forced to assume the brace position. ‌ Liberty also wrote in a caption: "The unexpected... I ticked it off my bucket list but think it's going to be a one time only thing lol." In further footage, Liberty shared further insight into her experience where she outlined an apparent lack of safety for her trip. Warning that she did not have a relaxing time, she revealed: "I didn't realise when you actually get into a hot air balloon, it's not upright." Giving a detailed description of what she went through, she continued: "You lay on the floor to get in. So you're actually not strapped in. Nothing. You have this tiny bit of rope to hold. "And as the hot air balloon goes up, the basket just sits up. But as you come down, you have to go the other way." Her description was interspliced with footage of her going up in the air and returning to earth. She revealed: "So we were told to basically just hold on to this rope and sit and crouch down to land." ‌ Going on to suggest she may not have had the safest overall experience, she added: "However, I don't know if that landing was normal." Liberty's account of her experience has drawn attention from fans over the weekend as a hot air balloon in Brasil caught fire while in the air. Horrifying footage went viral showing the giant balloon becoming engulfed in flames before plunging to the ground along with the basket full of visitors. ‌ Reports revealed that at least eight people died and 13 others were injured in the horror incident. The crash took place in Santa Catarina on Saturday and it was confirmed 21 people were on board including the pilot. Jorginho Mello, the Governor of Santa Catarina, shared his shock over the incident in a video that was posted on X following the disaster. He said: "We are in mourning. A tragedy has happened. We will see how it unfolds, what happened, why it happened. But the important thing now is for the state structure to do what it can."
