The initiative, aptly named 'Excellence License,' aims to celebrate outstanding academic performers and ease their transition into adulthood and higher education. The program is being rolled out in collaboration with four key partners: The Ministry of Education Sharjah Private Education Authority Sharjah Driving Institute Belhasa Driving Institute This full-coverage initiative waives all driving-related expenses, including: Opening a driving file Eye tests Theory and practical training sessions Theoretical and practical exams Issuance of the final driving licence Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Kay, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police, explained that the Excellence License is a carefully thought-out program designed to empower young achievers. 'The initiative is designed to help outstanding students become more independent and responsible as they prepare for university life and future careers,' Brigadier Al Kay said, noting that the ability to drive gives young people more freedom, confidence, and access to opportunities.
