Everything you need to know about Oasis in Croke Park
Oasis are set to bring their reunion tour to Ireland with two huge gigs at Dublin's Croke Park in August - find out everything you need to know about the highly-anticipated gigs here. After bust-ups, smash hits and break-ups, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have finally put their differences aside and taken to the road for their first gigs in over 16 years, kicking off their Live 25 tour with two triumphant gigs at Cardiff's Principality Stadium at the start of July. Former members of the group have also made a return with Andy Bell on bass, Gem Archer and Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs on guitars and renowned drummer Joey Waronker behind the kit. The Manchester rockers last played in Ireland in 2009 when they headlined Slane Castle, performing to over 80,000 fans, so excitement levels are through the roof for Irish fans of the iconic Britpop band. Find out the important details of Oasis' Croke Park gigs below. When and where Oasis bring their highly-anticipated Live 25 tour to Croke Park on Jones' Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August 2025. Getting there Croke Park is within easy reach of the city centre and Dublin Airport and is well serviced by transport links. Walking/Cycling The stadium is just a 30 minute walk or 10 minute cycle from O'Connell Street in the city centre. Driving Increased traffic volumes and local road closures lead to significant delays on concert days. The roads surrounding the stadium are residential and car parking is limited, with restrictions in place. Organisers advise concert goers to use public transport. Bus A large number of Dublin Bus routes bring you close to Croke Park and others will get you to the city centre which is within walking distance. Bus Routes that serve Croke Park 1, 6, 7(a), 11, 13, 15, 16, 27(a/b), 33, 40(b/d/e), 41(b/c/d), 42, 43, 44, 53a, 122, 123, 130, H1, H2, H3. Full details at Train/Dart/Luas The closest railway station is Drumcondra at the intersection of Drumcondra Road (N1) and Clonliffe Road, a five-minute walk from the stadium. The closest Dart stations are Connolly and Clontarf which are both less than half an hour's walk from the stadium. The closest Luas stop is also at Connolly Station on the Red Line. The Parnell and Marlborough Green Line Luas stops are also close by. Approach Routes BLUE ROUTE (Hogan Stand): Enter via Jones Road and Russell Street. RED ROUTE (Cusack Stand): Enter via St James Avenue and Foster Terrace. YELLOW ROUTE (Davin Stand): Enter via St Margaret's Terrace. GREEN ROUTE (PITCH A): Enter via Josephs Avenue. RED ROUTE (PITCH B & C): Enter via St James Avenue and Foster Terrace. Opening time of the venue Admission begins at 5pm. Strictly no early queuing or camping permitted. Stage times will be released closer to the concert dates. Can I still buy tickets? Unfortunately not! The tickets have long been snapped up for these gigs following a dynamic pricing furore. Fans can keep an eye on Ticketmaster for official resale tickets and see if they get lucky. What to expect Expect to hear over 80,000 rabid Irish Oasis fans screaming at the top of their lungs along to the band's sizeable back-catalogue of hits! By all accounts, Liam and Noel are on top form for the reunion tour. Following a triumphant return to the stage in Cardiff on 4 July, they went on to play emotionally charged, hit-laden sets when they kicked off a five-date homecoming run in Manchester on 11 July. They'll play five nights at London's Wembley Stadium and three at Edinburgh's Murrayfield so the lads are sure to be primed and ready for their two-nighter at Croke Park in August. We imagine the Dublin leg of the tour will carry extra significance for the Gallagher brothers due to their deep ties to Ireland - their parents Peggy and Thomas are both Irish and they consider it a strong part of their identity. Setlist Setlists are always subject to change, but here's the one from their Heaton Park, Manchester gig on 12 July. Liam Gallagher tour fashion as he thrills designer with wonderful surprise
Liam Gallagher's style has been copied for years - from parkas, anoraks, tracksuit tops to the iconic bucket hat. And the Oasis frontman has been pulling out all the stops for the Live 25 tour Liam Gallagher is known for his incredible style almost as much as his music - with fans on the Live 25 reunion tour choosing to copy some of his iconic looks. For the first night in Cardiff, the Oasis frontman made sure he was looking sensational on stage and to the surprise of an underground Italian fashion brand - picked one of their designs especially for the comeback. The brand, Ten c., had no idea the singer was going to wear one of their pieces for the historic moment at the Principality Stadium, calling the discovery a 'wonderful moment'. They also revealed that no payments were exchanged by Liam to wear the garment, as they outed him as a true fan of fashion. Enzo Fusco, president of FGF (the Italian group of Ten c), told the Mirror: 'It was a really wonderful surprise. I'm getting on in years and my life has always been punctuated by more or less extraordinary events, but I must say that this one made me happy. The fact that we didn't sponsor or pay for this endorsement made me realise that true style is priceless. 'A world -famous singer freely chooses – something that is by no means a given today – a Ten c garment from among a thousand outerwear items – in this specific case, our historic Anorak model – during his first reunion concert after 16 years of waiting by fans and under the spotlight of the whole world, what can I say? It makes me incredibly proud of the work that is carried out here every day, with hard work and commitment. It means we are on the right track. 'Ten C is a niche brand, not mainstream, which has built itself up and is slowly making a name for itself over the years thanks to its passion for style and love of detail. Not everyone understands it, but those who fall in love with it never abandon it. "We have a small, very loyal and engaged community. I believe that this is what we have in common with Oasis: a love for our 'work', a passion for our community and the desire to stand out from the crowd as a premium brand.' The jacket was an archive piece that belongs to the limited edition launched in April 2024 by Ten c in collaboration with Awake NY, the result of the collaboration between creatives Alessandro Pungetti and Angelo Baque. The jacket features a print reproducing a map of the rocky substrate of Manhattan's neighbourhoods, an original and truly unique camouflage print. The outerwear, which alternates military green and acid green, is customised with both logos. The classic OJJ label, sewn on the inside, bears both the Ten c and Awake NY logos. Liam has previously joked about wearing a coat on stage - saying he doesn't mind if he sweats as long as he looks 'cool'. Ten c was founded by designers Alessandro Pungetti and Paul Harvey, who previously worked together at C.P. Company. They established the brand in 2010 with a focus on creating timeless, durable, and versatile outerwear, inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and classic military silhouettes.
