Louise Thompson dropped huge clue that her brother Sam had split with Samie Elishi before break-up was announced

LOUISE Thompson dropped a huge clue that her brother Sam had split with Samie Elishi before their break-up was even announced. The Sun exclusively revealed today the pair had decided to go their separate ways, weeks after first being spotted together on a cosy date. 5 5 But, during a very recent appearance on Sam's podcast with Pete Wicks, Staying Relevant, she appeared to let slip that the lovebirds were no longer an item. At one point in Wednesday's installment, Louise was asked to describe Sam's ideal girlfriend. The former Made In Chelsea star replied: "I'd love for you to try dating someone that has a normal job, that's outside of the media space. I think that could be exciting. "You definitely need somebody that slightly puts you in your place, so who's gonna talk back to you, and not let you get away with everything." Louise added: "If you're going to go down the fame route, can you just find someone that I would get along with. I'm thinking young British actress." She suggested a good match for Sam would be Harry Potter star Emma Watson. The Sun confirmed earlier today Sam and Samie had split after dating for just two months. A source said: "It was a mutual thing and there is no bad blood between them. "They both just have really busy schedules, particularly Sam who has been non-stop recently, and it was really hard to make it work. They're still good mates. "It's a shame but sometimes things just don't work out." Louise Thompson's fiance Ryan admits he 'resented her' after traumatic birth of son where she asked him 'am I dying?' Sam and Samie confirmed they were dating in early May when they were spotted sharing a steamy kiss on a night out. Sam was pictured snogging Samie and holding her face as they smooched outside Olivia Attwood's 34th birthday bash. They were also snapped walking arm in arm afterwards and he tenderly placed a hand on her waist. While the pair didn't share their relationship on social media, Sam did praise Samie on his podcast, Staying Relevant with pal Pete Wicks. Grilled by his best mate, he was relatively tight-lipped but said: "What I will say though, really awesome chick. You met her that night. Really, really lovely. Super down to earth, super nice, beautiful, obviously." Samie, meanwhile, opened up about the romance last month during an appearance on the We Talk To The Dead podcast. Chatting to host Chloe Smith, the interviewer asked Samie: "Obviously, you don't have to talk about it too much but the guy you're currently speaking to, do you have that gut feeling? Like do you think it's gonna be really good?' She responded: "There's been no bad stuff at the minute. So yeah, I suppose it is all positive right now. It's early days." Sam was cagey, however, when quizzed about Samie while promoting his Soccer Aid challenge for Unicef earlier this month. Asked if she would be there to support him, Sam told MailOnline : "I feel like… this is so much more than who I'm dating or hooking up with. "And I feel like it would take away from what it is going on. You know what I mean? "You know, If I had a wife or something like, like a girlfriend of years it might be a different. "I just think that I don't want to do anything that will take away from this challenge and Unicef - the spotlight needs to be on them." Samie also failed to acknowledge the challenge on social media. Sam and Samie started dating several months after his split from Zara McDermott. The pair called it quits in January after five years together. A source close to the couple told MailOnline: "Sam and Zara have ended their relationship. It's been an incredibly difficult decision for them to part ways, they still care and have a lot of love for each other. "But after a tough year of working hard at their romance, they have split and will be focusing on their individual careers going forward into 2025. "There has been no scandal or fallout between them, it's just the result of a difficult year, where they both had to spend a lot of time focused on their own projects." Zara has since moved on with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, who Sam awkwardly came face to face with at Soccer Aid earlier this month as they both played on the same team. 5 5 5

Louise Thompson ditches ‘built-in air conditioning' for this Shark portable fan

Louise Thompson recently raved to fans that this portable Shark fan has been a godsend during the UK's heatwave, hailing it 'the best' for fending off the heat - and it's on sale If you've been thinking of investing in a portable and powerful fan from a reputable brand to help fight the rising temperatures this summer, Louise Thompson has been singing the praises of this Shark model. Hailing it "the best" during the UK's recent scorcher, Louise pointed fans in the direction of her new favourite fan, which she's even touted as better than built-in air conditioning. The Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo that's captured Louise's heart is currently up for grabs for £99.99, down from £129.99, on Amazon, or for the same discounted price via Argos, Currys and Shark's own site. Talking about the fan, Louise raved to fans: "Guys I have the best best BEST product find in the world. You are going to thank me with all your heart. This is a portable fan and it CHURNS out cold air. Last night all of our naff British heat problems blew into insignificance." She went on to say: " This is the best fan and no lugging up and down the stairs. I'm stealing it and poo poo'ing Sam's built-in air conditioning unit." This cordless fan boasts misting and indoor and outdoor cooling while promising low noise output. Its durable, compact, and incredibly lightweight design makes it easy to move from room to room or even take outside when you fancy sunbathing without feeling the sweltering heat. Thanks to Shark's HydroGo Evaporating Cooling technology, which produces ultra-fine droplets, this fan lets you enjoy refreshing mist both indoors and outdoors, for complete cooling wherever you go. Built for outdoor durability with rain resistance and resistance to UV damage, this fan promises quiet operation, which offers minimal disturbance; perfect for keeping on while you're sleeping or working from home. Able to operate corded or cordless, indoors or outdoors, this Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo airflow lets you feel the breeze up to 20 meters away, at maximum speed, so the whole room can feel the cool air no matter where. Compact and weighing less than 2.1 kg, this portable fan promises grab-and-go cooling without any hassle. And it's not just Louise loving this Shark gem, as 5-star reviews pour in. One customer raves: "Behold the Shark Flex Breeze! A portable, rechargeable, powerful and quiet fan that also spouts out a cooling mist! I can now sit inside or outside and never need to peel appendages away from sticky skin. The battery last ages, the water container is sufficiently large and if I felt like taking it to Tescos cafe I can…..I haven't, but I will if not only to embarrass my wife. Expensive….possibly….but I'd take one of these over 3 terrible ones every day. Go on, buy one, you know you want to!" Another buyer beams: "Small, very quiet and keeps you nice and cool. 5 speeds, plus breeze settings where it flow strengthens and weakens. Amazing as it is, but the mist feature helps keep you cool and really works well. Plus as it's rechargeable, you can take it outside and use it. What more could you want? I like that the lights go off after a while and so at night, it's on but not visible." And a third writes: "The fan itself cannot be faulted for probably being the best fan currently available on the market. It's quiet, the battery life is more than ample, the fine misting is a game changer to quickly cooling down when necessary and it really is fine enough not to feel dampened, just colder. It's pricey, but with a 5yr registered warranty it's a long term purchase."

Louise Thompson reveals what she REALLY thinks of her brother Sam's ex Zara McDermott after fans claimed she 'didn't like her'

Louise Thompson has hit back at fans' claims she 'disliked' her brother Sam's ex Zara McDermott, after her comments on a recent episode of his podcast. The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, was a guest on her brother's show Staying Relevant earlier this week, and was asked to describe his 'ideal partner.' Louise said she wants Sam to be in a relationship with someone who 'she could get along with,' with some fans quick to claim this was a dig at Zara. Zara and Sam split late last year after five years together, with the Love Island star now dating One Direction 's Louis Tomlinson. But after a fan commented that Louise 'didn't like Zara very much' after watching a clip from the podcast on Instagram, the star hit back in the comments by saying she 'adored' her. Asked to describe Sam's ideal partner, Louise said: 'I'd love for you to try dating someone that has a normal job, that's outside of the media space. I think that could be exciting... 'You definitely need somebody that slightly puts you in your place, so who's gonna talk back to you, and not let you get away with everything...' She then added: 'If you're going to go down the fame route, can you just find someone that I would get along with. I'm thinking young British actress,' before suggesting Harry Potter star Emma Watson. After a clip of the exchange was shared on Staying Relevant's Instagram, one user commented: 'I don't think Louise really ever liked Zara… don't blame her.' But Louise quickly shut down the claim, responding: 'I have to interject here. I actually really adored Zara.' Louise's former neighbour Zara has well and truly moved on from her five-year romance with Sam, starting a romance with Louis back in March. The surprise new romance came hot on the heels of the Love Island star's December break-up from Sam. The hurt Made In Chelsea star has even made a cryptic dig at the speed at which his ex has moved on, musing on the latest episode of his podcast that 'a lot of people look for validation in other people and they look for the next person instantly because it's like "I need to find someone else to fill that hole and I need to find that excitement." 'You know when you get that excited feeling when you are talking to someone new and fresh. I can't do that.' Louise said she wants Sam to be in a relationship with someone who 'she could get along with,' with some fans quick to claim this was a dig at Zara But Louise quickly shut down the claim, responding that she 'really adored' Zara Zara's fling with a music executive came to light 16 months after she started dating Sam, with the scandal playing out in the public eye as the split and their subsequent reunion was documented on Made In Chelsea. The 2019 fling with music boss Brahim Fouradi - who had previously worked for Simon Cowell as an artists and repertoire (A&R) director for Syco - happened when Zara was appearing on another TV show, X Factor, coincidentally the show which kicked off Louis's career. Zara was appearing on the Celebrity X Factor as part of a group comprised of ex-Love Island contestants on the one-off ITV series, eventually won by former TOWIE star Megan McKenna. Sam, 32, initially ended his relationship with Zara in the wake of her affair in September 2019 and the subsequent series of Made In Chelsea documented the aftermath as they eventually reconciled. The repercussions of the affair continued for years though with sources close to the couple telling MailOnline at the time of their January split that Sam's family never quite forgave Zara, despite their attempts to welcome her back into the fold. Sam's protective sister Louise, 34, was the most vocal in her disapproval of Zara and questioned her brother on why he took her back, but agreed, for his sake, to give her a second chance. But the couple's relationship failed to go the distance - and they officially cut ties in December just over five years on from her affair.
