A statement from police read: "Gwent Police is appealing for information to find Lucy Hayden, from the Ebbw Vale area. "She has been recalled to prison after breaching her licence conditions. "The 27-year-old was released from prison in February, after receiving a seven-month and 12 day sentence at Newport Magistrates' Court, in November last year, for theft.
