A long-time member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid will join Italian heavyweights AC Milan this summer. As much was confirmed by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday, with Luka Modrić the player in question. This came after confirmation that Real Madrid had made the call not to offer the 39-year-old a new contract was followed by swift links with a whole host of clubs throughout the continent.
