Bayley Returns On WWE RAW
Bayley is officially back. During Monday's episode of WWE RAW, Bayley returned, and sent a big message to Becky Lynch. Bayley's return came after a back-and-forth between Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria. Advertisement Valkyria came down to the ring to face Lynch, and while Lynch was taunting her, Bayley ambushed the reigning WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion. Bayley laid in some punches to Lynch, then threw her out of the ring. Lynch ran into Valkyria, and quickly ran off before anything else could happen. For Bayley, it's the first time we've seen her since Lynch attacked her at WWE WrestleMania 41. Lynch's attack allowed her to team up with Valkyria, and they promptly won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships the night after. After that, Lynch would subsequently attack Valkyria after the pair lost the titles. While it's unknown exactly what Bayley will be up to, her intent seems clear. With Lynch also now having a singles title to go after, Bayley seems ready to immediately throw herself into the picture. Former WWE Champion Makes Stunning Return on 'Raw' After MITB 2025
Former WWE Champion Makes Stunning Return on 'Raw' After MITB 2025 originally appeared on Athlon Sports. A former world champion is back on WWE TV, and revenge is on her mind. During Monday's episode of "Monday Night Raw," newly minted WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch demanded an apology from Lyra Valkyria. Advertisement Instead, she received more than she bargained for with a superstar who made her shocking return. Lynch addressed WWE fans following her women's Intercontinental title win at "Money in the Bank." She scolded the fans for not appreciating her. Valkyria had heard enough, and she made her way out. Before Valkyria could get in the ring, Bayley attacked Lynch in her first appearance since suffering a storyline injury. Lynch was the perpetrator and ended up replacing Bayley at "WrestleMania 41." A title match between Lynch and Bayley has been rumored for "WWE Evolution" on July 13 in Atlanta. The event is scheduled to be WWE's final PLE before "SummerSlam." It will also be WWE's second "Evolution" event, which is an all-women's show. Advertisement Bayley hasn't had a match since the April 14 episode of "Monday Night Raw." She defeated Liv Morgan in singles competition. Bayley was expected to team with Valkyria to take on Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Championship at "WrestleMania," but Lynch took her out of action. WWE chief content officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque recently praised Bayley for being a professional about being left off the biggest wrestling show of the year. Bayley's absence at "WrestleMania 41" was surprising to many fans and experts, given that she captured the WWE Women's Championship during the 2024 show. Money in the Bank 2025 results and highlights: Seth Rollins wins the men's MITB, John Cena loses and more
MITB 2025 (Image via WWE) WWE Money in the Bank this year was anticipated to be an explosive event, and it did not disappoint. From the men's and women's ladder match to the tag team extravaganza featuring John Cena and Cody to the winner-takes-all fight between two powerhouses - Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria, the night was filled with powerful performances. The California fans got to witness some intense moments all throughout the night at the Inuit Dome, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. Women's Money in the Bank ladder match Stephanie Vaquer, Alexa Bliss , Giulia, Rhea Ripley, Roxanne Perez, and Naomi came together for an impressive women's Money in the Bank ladder match. Perez made the first attempt at getting up to the briefcase but was quickly stopped by Bliss and Giulia. Ripley became the target of almost everyone and got trapped under several stacked ladders. Bliss also successfully thwarted quite a few attempts by her opponents. She and an enraged emerging out from under the stack of ladders Ripley were the last two standing on top of the ladders after having traded some powerful blows. But at the last moment, Naomi ran in and pushed them off, setting up the ladder and snatching the briefcase to become Ms. Money in the Bank. Intercontinental Championship match between Dominik Mysterio and Octagon Jr. The match was announced by WWE at the last minute, and most probably was made to keep the five-match run going for the PPE event. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like [Click Here] 2025 Best Luxury Hotel Prices Expertinspector Learn More Undo Mysterio called for this match earlier that day at Worlds Collide, and soon, it became evident that it was only staged to keep Mysterio's Intercontinental Championship run interesting. The match ended quickly after Dom hit Jr. with a frog splash from the top rope, and the whole thing felt more of a filler than anything else. Women's Intercontinental Championship match between Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch The match started with an attack by Lynch on Valkyria before the prematch introductions could even end. Both women tried to gain the upper hand occasionally, and it was a fiery match with the two powerhouses taking it out on each other. Lynch landed a couple of Manhandles on Valkyria and a couple more blows before she finally was able to snatch the Women's Intercontinental Championship belt from her opponent by taking the win. Men's Money in the Bank match Seth Rollins , Solo Sikoa, Penta, Andrade, LA Knight, and El Grande Americano all faced each other for the men's ladder match. Rollins was ganged up on by the rest of his opponents from the very beginning, but he managed to keep his wits about it. The many twists and turns all throughout the match made it an interesting watch. Rollins' newly formed group of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed showed up, as did Sikoa's faction- Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo. But it was probably the moment that Jacob Fatu dismissed Solo Sikoa, his Bloodline faction leader, and stopped him from snagging the briefcase with an "I hate you" that became the most epic moment of the match. Rollins finally gained the upper hand and grabbed the briefcase to become Mr. Money in the Bank once again. Tag team match between John Cena and Logan Paul vs. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso This was the main event of the night and it delivered beautifully. The beginning felt like a rematch of WrestleMania 42 with John Cena and Cody Rhodes facing each other. While the start was steady, it all soon turned into chaos when Cena and his tag teammate, Logan Paul, began to hit each other to decide who would get to be in the ring. This led to Uso and Rhodes regrouping and then it was pure havoc. Everyone got involved at one point, hitting their opponents and trying to gain an upper hand. Unfortunately, in this chaos, Paul landed a hit on Cena and of course, all hell broke loose. On and off the ring, the attacks continued, but a shocking intervention by a masked man, who ran in and hit Cena, became the turning point. It was revealed to be R-Truth, who had only recently announced that he was leaving WWE after his contract had expired, and the crowd went absolutely wild. And amidst all this mayhem, Rhodes hit Cena with a CrossRhodes and took the win.
