MONZO customers have reported being unable to send or receive payments through the banking app.
Almost 500 reports have been made on Downdetector, which tracks when websites are down.

Hundreds of Monzo customers have reported problems with using the app this morning
The problem started at just after 8.30am this morning and peaked at about 9am.
The majority of customers said they were struggling to send or receive payments, but others said they were having issues with making deposits or logging into the app.
Dozens of frustrated customers have shared on social media that they've been unable to use their Monzo accounts.
One person wrote on X: "Just transferred money to my Monzo account - not come through. Usually very fast. Any issues at the moment? Other bank transfers went fine…"
Another said: "@monzo what's with the fund transfer issues today? My money hasn't turned up after being sent."
A third wrote: "@monzo just transferred some money to account and it not shown!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!"
A fourth added: "Guys is Monzo down for anyone else."
The issue comes just as millions of workers will have been paid their wages today.
