Muharram teaches justice, sacrifice: Raza

Lucknow: Former UP minister Mohsin Raza attended the Majlis-e-Aza at the Madrassa Nazimia on Victoria Street on the 6th day of
Muharram
on Wednesday.
The majlis was addressed by Shia cleric Maulana Syed Hamidul Hasan.
Maulana Hasan detailed the great sacrifice of Imam Hussain and his companions in Karbala. He emphasized that the message of Karbala is about justice, humanity, patience, and standing firmly against oppression.
He also appealed for maintaining mutual brotherhood, peace, and love in society.
Raza said Muharram teaches us lessons of justice, sacrifice, and the struggle for humanity. He mentioned that Imam Hussain's sacrifice serves as a guide for all humanity, inspiring us to stand firmly against injustice and to make every sacrifice for the truth.
