Sainik Welfare Department to honour families of Kargil War heroes in Satara
Pune: Maharashtra Sainik Welfare Department will honour the family members and war widows of military personnel who lost their lives during the Kargil War in 1999 on 26th
Kargil Vijay Diwas
in Satara on Saturday.
The department will also honour armed forces veterans at the ceremony. Additionally, some families of the military personnel will receive land parcels on this occasion.
Shamburaj Desai, the minister of ex-servicemen welfare, will be the chief guest at the function.
