Roman Reigns WWE return: Will 'The Original Tribal Chief' join forces with former Raw GM to take down Paul Heyman?
Roman Reigns WWE return: Roman Reigns has not been seen on WWE programming since the Raw after WrestleMania 41 in April. Bron Breakker speared him through the barricade on that fateful night and joined forces with Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins, OTC's arch rivals. Reigns is now expected to return ahead of SummerSlam this August. He may, however, not return alone. The former 'Big Dog' may team up with a former Raw General Manager to teach Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins a lesson. Roman Reigns to return with Eric Bischoff? Paul Heyman shocked the world when he betrayed CM Punk and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 41, helping Seth Rollins defeat them in a Triple Threat match. Bron Breakker's assault the next night added salt to the wounds. Reigns may hence choose to align with Eric Bischoff upon his eventual return to the programming. The man who believes 'controversy creates cash' could replace Heyman as OTC's new 'Wiseman'. Bischoff shares a (kayfabe) rivalry with Heyman. Their feud dates back to the 90s when Bischoff was with WCW and Heyman with ECW. Bishcoff, who once served as the GM of Raw, also locked horns with Heyman around 2006 ahead of the first One Night Stand event. Back then, 'Easy E' was the heel with Heyman being the good guy. The roles would be reserved this time around if Bischofff does indeed return to be his arch rival's nightmare again. That said, this angle is purely speculative as nothing has been announced officially. Will Roman Reigns aid LA Knight in his feud with Seth Rollins; faction? There is also a possibility of Reigns joining hands with LA Knight to take down Bronson Reed (who joined Seth Rollins' faction at Saturday Night's Main Event) and Bron Breakker. The powerhouses assaulted 'The Megastar' on SmackDown and left him with serious 'injuries'. Knight, meanwhile, is set to lock horns with Rollins later this month at Saturday Night's Main Event. It remains whether Reigns returns at the show

WWE 'Raw': Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Gunther, LA Knight have wild brawl
July 1 (UPI) -- Mr. Money in the Bank Seth Rollins confronted World Heavyweight Champion Gunther before a wild brawl broke out that also included CM Punk and LA Knight on WWE Raw. Gunther, on Monday, originally came to the ring to promise victory against Hall of Famer Goldberg at Saturday Night's Main Event on July 12. "My goal for Saturday Night's Main Event is to take my time, take him apart, blow him up, outclass him and embarrass him in front of everything and everyone that is near and dear to him," Gunther said about Goldberg. Gunther then started looking toward the future and who might challenge him next for his title before Rollins arrived onto the scene with his Money in the Bank briefcase and The Wiseman Paul Heyman by his side. Gunther mocked Rollins for how he was unable to successfully use his Money in the Bank briefcase on Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena at Night of Champions on Saturday. Rollins responded he only wanted to prevent Punk from defeating Cena, and that he could cash in on Gunther in the future. Punk then immediately ran down to the ring and started exchanging blows with Rollins as Gunther watched. Rollins quickly retreated into the audience and started making his way up the stairs until LA Knight appeared right behind him. Knight and Rollins continued to fight throughout the stadium and ended up at club level seats with fans nearby. Knight and Rollins threw punches near a bar stand before Rollins blinded Knight by throwing beer into his face. Back inside the ring, Punk attempted to leave before Gunther grabbed him by the arm. Punk then pushed Gunther to the ground and told the champ to stay out of his way. The brawl led to Knight getting a match against Rollins at Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Austrian powerhouse praised Goldberg's legendary career but didn't hold back his disdain for the Hall of Famer's quick-match legacy. Gunther boldly predicted he would finish Goldberg in under three minutes. As 'The Ring General' wrapped up, Seth Rollins interrupted the segment and warned the Austrian about his Money in the Bank briefcase, which could help him leave with the gold. Gunther mocked Rollins, pointing out his failed cash-in attempt on John Cena 7000 miles away at Night of Champions in Riyadh. Rollins fired back, laughing off the insult and pointing out that while he didn't win the title, he did stop CM Punk from becoming champion. Punk's music hit, and the crowd erupted as he stormed to the ring and engaged Rollins in a wild brawl.
