Around 3:30 p.m., Dayton police were called to the Sunoco at 1627 East Third after a woman called and said she was assaulted and her car had been taken with her child inside. As we approach summer, people are concerned about the number of dog attacks this year. [DOWNLOAD: Free WHIO-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] News Center 7's Malik Patterson was in Montgomery County looking at what people can do if they come across stray dogs. He will have the latest LIVE on News Center 7 at 5:30. Since January, News Center 7 has reported on more than half a dozen dog attacks. The most recent was on May 24, when seven dogs were on the loose down a bike path, biting people. 'I'd be scared if I saw a bunch of dogs loose,' Neil Harris of Moraine said.
