Nothing Phone 3 is launching in 3 days and here is everything we know about it so far

Nothing Phone 3 is just 3 days away from its India launch, and we cannot keep calm. While the company is yet to fully unveil its upcoming flagship, the rumours have been churning since the beginning. The company has revealed that the phone will come equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, a 50-megapixel primary camera and a new Glyph matrix. But this is not it, several leaks making rounds on social media also portray a good-enough picture to speculate about what the Nothing Phone 3 will bring. Let's look at what we know about the upcoming Nothing's flagship -- the Phone 3-- so Phone 3 India launch on July 1: Everything we knowDesign and display: Nothing has been playing its cards close to its chest when it comes to the design of the upcoming Nothing Phone 3, building anticipation and fuelling speculation among fans. While the company has dropped a handful of cryptic teasers and close-up visuals, it has yet to officially unveil the device in full. However, what is known is that the brand is doing away with its signature Glyph lighting interface, a traditional hallmark of its earlier models, and replacing it with a new 'Glyph Matrix', positioned in the top-right corner of the rear to alleged renders recently shared by Android Headlines, the Nothing Phone 3 will be available in two classic shades: black and white. The front is expected to feature a punch-hole display design, while the back showcases the revamped Glyph Matrix — a notable design shift from previous generations. The overall aesthetic bears some resemblance to the earlier Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro models, though subtle differences in shape and detail are evident. Nothing Phone 3 renders (Photo credit: Android Headline) advertisement One of the standout features of the leaked renders is the new camera layout. Unlike the typical vertical or horizontal alignment, the Nothing Phone 3 appears to have a slightly unconventional setup. The top camera sensor is placed separately on the left-hand side of the device, while the remaining two lenses are aligned next to one another near the edge of the phone. This unique arrangement lends a distinct identity to the handset and supports previous teaser images released by the In a recent teaser posted on X (formerly Twitter), Nothing offered a first proper glimpse at the upcoming Phone 3, confirming that the device will feature a 50-megapixel periscope lens — a clear indication that the phone is being positioned as 'built for creators.' In a follow-up post, the company shared a series of images that appear to have been captured using the Phone 3, showcasing the handset's impressive zoom capabilities, including what seems to be a telemacro marks a significant leap forward from the Phone 2, which notably lacked a telephoto lens entirely. That model was limited to just two cameras: a wide and an ultrawide sensor. The introduction of a dedicated zoom lens on the Phone 3 is certainly a welcome upgrade for photography enthusiasts and content creators Ahead of its official debut, Nothing has confirmed that the upcoming Phone 3 will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, positioning it as a strong contender in the premium smartphone segment. This marks a notable performance leap over its predecessor and signals Nothing's intention to compete more seriously with flagship devices from rival addition to the hardware upgrade, the company has made a bold commitment on the software front. Nothing has announced that the Phone 3 will receive software support for a minimum of 7 years — a promise that sets it apart in a market where long-term updates are still far from those seven years, five will include full Android OS updates, ensuring users get access to the latest features and improvements. The remaining two years will provide security patches only, maintaining device safety and stability even as major feature updates Phone 3: Price expectationsThe Nothing Phone 3 is officially set to launch on July 1 at an event in London. Alongside the new smartphone, the company is also expected to unveil its first pair of over-ear headphones, aptly named Headphones 1, which are rumoured to rival high-end offerings from the likes of Sony and for the pricing of the Phone 3, there's still no confirmed figure. However, considering the premium Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset under the hood and the way Nothing has positioned the device as a 'true flagship,' it's reasonable to expect a price tag in the region of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000. This would place it firmly in the upper mid-range to flagship category, signalling Nothing's intent to take on more established players in the premium smartphone space.- Ends

'Trump can say bye to that Nobel Peace Prize - you can't take one mid-airstrike'

In a twist worthy of a political soap opera, Pakistan nominated Donald Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize, only to slam him harder than a bunker-busting bomb, less than 24 hours later, for attacking Iran. Islamabad had heaped praise on the convicted felon for brokering a truce between India and Pakistan after the Kashmir massacre, calling his role a 'decisive diplomatic intervention'. But by Sunday, the tone had flipped faster than a reality show confession. After Trump launched airstrikes on Iran, Pakistan condemned the attack as a 'serious violation of international law' and scolded him for undermining the very peace they'd just tried to reward. Turns out, it's hard to hand someone a Peace Prize while they're mid-airstrike. *** A Texas woman is behind bars after allegedly marrying her ex-boyfriend... without him. British consumer technology brand Nothing has confirmed that its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3, will include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the company shared an image of the phone's actual camera island alongside samples clicked using the new telephoto sensor. Shortly after the official reveal, images of the Phone 3's back panel reportedly surfaced online. According to a report by 9To5Google, the photos show an asymmetric triple camera arrangement with each sensor housed in a distinct module. The images also confirm the presence of the new dot-matrix-style 'Glyph Matrix' display located at the top-right corner of the rear panel in a circular layout. The Nothing Phone 3 is set to launch at the company's 'Come to Play' event on July 1, where it will also unveil its first over-ear headphones, dubbed Nothing Headphone 1. Nothing Phone 3: What to expect Nothing has already confirmed several key features ahead of launch. The Phone 3 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, promising improved performance and better on-device AI capabilities. It will also be the brand's longest-supported smartphone to date, with Nothing pledging five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches. Design-wise, the Nothing Phone 3 will debut the new 'Glyph Matrix' lighting system, replacing the traditional Glyph Interface found on earlier models. This new dot-matrix LED panel, placed near the rear camera array, could offer expanded functionality such as custom animations and interactive features like mini games. Earlier this week, The Tech Outlook reported that the Phone 3 appeared on the US FCC certification database, revealing that it may pack a 5,150mAh battery with support for 65W wired charging. The listing also suggested that the device will support Wi-Fi 6E with triple-band connectivity. Nothing Phone 3: Expected specifications
