Wild Tech appoints Tiffany Ong as Head of Microsoft in Singapore
Wild Tech has appointed Tiffany Ong as its new Head of Microsoft in Singapore, as part of its efforts to expand its Asia Pacific operations and build its leadership team in the region.
Ong, who has extensive experience in ERP consulting and enterprise cloud sales, will lead Wild Tech's regional Microsoft practice in Singapore and provide support across the wider Asia Pacific region. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company's growing cohort of ERP and CRM consultants, establishing new strategic partnerships, and working closely with both enterprise and small-to-mid-market (SMC) clients.
Ong's career to date spans more than a decade, starting with hands-on implementation of complex Microsoft solutions across a variety of industries and regions. She later moved into sales leadership roles, focusing on building trusted partnerships with clients across the Asia Pacific area. Her expertise covers core Microsoft offerings, such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Business Central, CRM, and Power Platform.
According to Matthew Rodgers, Head of Microsoft, APAC at Wild Tech, Ong is expected to play a significant role in supporting clients during a period of rapid digital transformation. "Tiffany's rare blend of technical fluency and business empathy makes her a key asset for our clients," Matthew Rodgers, Head of Microsoft, APAC at Wild Tech, said. "She doesn't just sell solutions. She has also implemented them, scaled them, and seen what works in the field. That credibility is critical in a market where leaders are looking to move fast, but make the right long-term bets."
The company's focus on accelerating digital transformation comes as organisations throughout the region seek to integrate their ERP and CRM operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while also adopting Microsoft's evolving AI-powered technologies. Ong's background in deploying Microsoft Copilot and similar AI-driven capabilities positions her to guide clients through these changes.
Speaking about her new position, Ong noted the rising demand for digital transformation and highlighted the benefits of Microsoft's unified technology stack. "There's a growing demand for end-to-end transformation across both ERP and CRM. Microsoft delivers a powerful, unified platform, and with the right partner, organisations can unlock value faster and with confidence. I'm excited to join Wild Tech at a time of rapid growth, where we're making a real difference for clients," said Ong.
In her new role, Ong will lead efforts to help Wild Tech's clients use Microsoft technologies to optimise their operations, implement process automation, and realise cost efficiencies by leveraging integrated ERP and CRM solutions. This includes supporting businesses as they make decisions about adopting artificial intelligence into their operational systems.
Ong's appointment coincides with broader market trends across Asia Pacific, where enterprise and SMC organisations are moving quickly to update legacy systems and adopt unified digital platforms. The evolving capabilities of platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in areas such as financial management and AI-enabled insights, are driving demand for skilled consultancy and implementation services throughout the region.
Wild Tech's strategy aims to address these trends by combining industry-focused advisory with technology expertise, adapting to the specific requirements of clients in a rapidly changing business climate. With Ong's experience and technical knowledge, the company expects to further strengthen its presence and service offering across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific area.
