Nickelodeon star Josh Peck and wife announce birth of third child and reveal newborn's VERY unusual name
Josh Peck is now a father of three, after welcoming a third son with his wife Paige O'Brien.
The 38-year-old year old actor and his 34-year-old wife took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the first snaps of their newborn son, revealing his unusual name.
'Meyer Lane, we love you we love you,' the happy couple captioned the post, which garnered over 62,000 likes in four hours.
The name Meyer is of Hebrew descent and has a number of meanings including, 'giving light' or 'illuminating' in Hebrew, or it can mean 'Mayor' or 'leader' in German.
The name isn't a very popular one, ranking 3397 overall and 1825 in boyo names in the United States, according to
The first of two snaps showed Meyer in a white onesie with a green pacifier in his mouth.
The second snap showed Meyer swaddled in a white blanket with green stripes as he rested peacefully.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, are also proud parents to sons Max Milo, 6, and Shai Miller, 2.
Back in 2023, the couple broke down their parenting style in an interview with People, including Paige opening up about her breastfeeding struggles.
'I really had every intention of breastfeeding when we had Max, and then I quickly realized that I never produced enough milk,' she began.
'I kind of drove myself crazy for a few weeks, trying to really force it, and then we went to formula and had to try out a bunch of different ones until we found the right fit,' she added.
Those struggles lead to a partnership with Enfamil through their Enfamil Family Beginnings program that supports new parents.
Peck added, '"I always make the joke that there's not like a formula sommelier, someone to show you all the different kinds of formula, and you never know what's going to be right for your kids. So being able to sample things and figure out what's best for them is huge.'
He added, 'So that two in the morning [moment], when you just need reassuring or you need to ask a question, you have access to that. I feel like that's so incredibly worthwhile.'
'I think and it's why we were attracted to Enfamil Family Beginnings, was this idea of parents helping parents, you know, sharing their experience being willing to be vulnerable and talk about sort of the things that — the challenges that they face and whatnot,' he added

'And also, giving those little cheat codes and helping people to have access to things that are going to help them in in their journey and whether it's their formula journey or anything else,' Peck continued.
He described their parenting style as, 'laid back' as Paige said they have, 'a good balance going.'
'Josh is really hands-on and really helpful, which I'm very thankful for, and he and Max have kind of a very similar energy to them,' she added.
'For me, I'm definitely a little bit more relaxed and calm. I think it's just a good balance of our different strengths,' she said.
Peck was most recently seen in a role as Janowicz in HBO's hit series The Last Of Us and he has Nate & Al with Richard Dreyfus in pre-production.
