Michael Sager sends love to 'PBB' housemates after ‘Big Tapatan' challenge
Michael Sager has nothing but love for his fellow 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' housemates after the show's Big Tapatan challenge. The Sparkle star took to X (formerly Twitter) to write an appreciation message for the remaining housemates. 'Much love to my housemates. Proud of every single one of them for fighting hard and holding it down. See you on big night,' Michael wrote. Michael was the first male housemate to get evicted from the "PBB" house. He exited alongside his duo Emilio Daez. Michael and Emilio, together with their fellow ex-housemates, returned to Bahay ni Kuya as duo challengers where they were tasked to covertly observe the five duos still in the competition to find out how they really feel when no one is watching. The challengers also picked the duo that they think deserves to make it to the Big Four. In the end, the challengers chose the duo of Charlie Fleming and Esnyr or CharEs to advance to the Big Four. Meanwhile, four other duos will compete for the three remaining spots in the Big Four, which will be determined by three Big Jump challenges. Michael Sager, Ashley Ortega, Josh Ford, and Vince Maristela are having a fan meet! Sparkle announced that the former "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" housemates will be at the Bandstand in Enchanted Kingdom at 4 p.m. on Friday to greet their fans. Tickets are available on the Enchanted Kingdom website. Ashley appeared in "Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila" after her eviction from PBB. Michael and Josh, meanwhile, had stints as "host-mates" in "Unang Hirit." Michael Sager is missing his 'PBB' housemates: 'It felt so nice being a part of that family'
Michael Sager is missing being in Bahay Ni Kuya! In a Q&A with fans on X (formerly Twitter), the Sparkle actor said he misses the "comfort of being with the housemates everyday." "It felt so nice being a part of that family, parang isang malaki sleep over," he said. Michael said he had "many great experiences" during his stint in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," but there's one memory that stands out. "Will never forget the moment when we were all jumping in joy after completing the tower of love task. That moment felt like a movie scene hehe, miss ko na sila," he said. He also opened up to fans about getting nominated several times. It wasn't easy, he said, but he used it as fuel. "Just like what River (Joseph) told me, 'it always goes back to your why's,'" Michael said. "I wanted to stay true to myself and fight not just for me but also for those who believed in me." It's not just the housemates he's missing. He said he is also looking forward to hanging out with his duo Emilio Daez, and their friends from BINI, Jhoanna and Stacey. Michael Sager reveals 'PBB' participation is a five-year-old wish
It looks like Michael Sager manifested his PBB participation! On social media, the Kapuso actor reposted an old tweet from 2020, where he expressed his wish to enter Kuya's house, and said "We did it, in Gods perfect timing." Michael reposted his open letter to Kuya, dated December 1, 2020, where he said "I would love to be apart of your bahay because I want to share my story to the Philippines and the world what it's like growing up in a different country and growing up away from your family!" "Thank you kuya for this opportunity! See you soon," he added. Fast forward to 2025 and Michael has fulfilled his wish to become a PBB housemate on the sensation season "PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition" featuring stars from the Kapuso and Kapamilya networks. Together with his ka-team mate Emilio Daez, Michael exited the PBB House on the series' 3rd eviction night back in April. Since then, Michael has only become more successful: He's acquired a new house, been featured in an LED billboard on EDSA, and has even done the "What hafen Bella" trend with the man himself Christopher Diwata. His fresh tweet has now received more than 9K double taps, and has been viewed nearly 250K times. On Instagram Stories, he reshared his tweet and said, "who would've thought :) beyond grateful."
