Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son Ibrahim Ali Khan made his acting debut with the film Nadaaniyan, which was released on Netflix in March. Post that, he has some exciting films in the pipeline- including Sarzameen, co-starring Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Diler opposite Sreeleela. Now, according to a report in Mid Day, Ibrahim will also be seen in a YA (young adult) love story opposite Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani, who made her debut with the film Azaad earlier this year. Ibrahim Ali Khan And Rasha Thadani's Upcoming Film Although the director's name is still under wraps, it has been revealed that Ibrahim Ali Khan and Rasha Thadani have started preparing for the yet-untitled film. Ibrahim and Rasha have reportedly engaged in reading sessions and workshops. The filmmakers were focused on casting not just a glamorous pair, but actors capable of capturing the essence of first love. 'Ibrahim and Rasha have been doing reading sessions and workshops. The makers were clear that they didn't want only a glamorous pair, but two actors who could tap into the awkward, exhilarating energy of first love. Rasha and Ibrahim clicked from the first meeting," a source told Mid Day. This love story will mark Ibrahim Ali Khan's second venture into the genre following the heavily criticised Nadaaniyan. While Ibrahim's debut was in a romantic comedy, he will take on intense roles in Sarzameen and Diler, the latter showcasing him as a marathon runner. After these challenging performances, this coming-of-age film aims to highlight his softer and more relatable side. Filming is slated to begin in October, with completion expected early next year. In April this year, Ibrahim and Rasha were seen enjoying the Mumbai Indians versus Sunrisers Hyderabad cricket match at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Looking stylish and cheerful, Ibrahim and Rasha were seen enjoying the game from the VIP stands. Rasha, in a chic white jacket, was seen animatedly reacting to the on-field action—clapping, cheering and even throwing a wink after a well-timed boundary. Ibrahim, in a casual black tee, kept it cool and low-key, but their camaraderie didn't go unnoticed. While Ibrahim made his acting debut with Nadaaniyan opposite Khushi Kapoor, Rasha was seen in Abhishek Kapoor's period action drama film 'Azaad' co-starring Aaman Devgan. It was theatrically released on 17th January, 2025, and failed to perform well at the box office.

King: Shah Rukh Khan shoots jail sequence with 200 stuntmen, Siddharth Anand gets 3 international action experts
After the blockbuster success of Pathaan and Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan is returning to the action genre with his upcoming movie, King. Reportedly, the megastar kick-started an action-packed sequence set against the backdrop of a prison. As per a report in Mid Day, the actor began shooting for the jail sequence earlier this week at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. Reportedly, the sequence is set in a foreign jail, where Shah Rukh Khan's character takes on a gang of baddies. The action-packed sequence will be crucial to the narrative, promising several seeti-maar moments. Director Siddharth Anand has flown in three international action experts to choreograph this particular scene. Adding more details about the high-octane sequence, a source told the publication, "On June 15, the crowd portions were canned with nearly 200 stunt performers.' Shah Rukh Khan has been going through intense training for a couple of weeks in order to give his 100 percent to this particular action sequence. The jail sequence is reported to continue filming till June 21. For the unversed, the Dunki actor is playing a ruthless assassin in the movie. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the much-awaited action thriller will present Shah Rukh Khan in a slick and stylish avatar. Besides King Khan, the movie boasts an ensemble star cast which includes- Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Saurabh Shukla, Raghav Juyal, and Abhay Verma. Abhishek Bachchan is playing the main antagonist in the movie, while the details about other characters have been kept under wraps. The ambitious project will be shot for more than 100 days and is expected to release on Gandhi Jayanti 2026. However, an official confirmation on the same is awaited. While the background score will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the music will be given by Sachin-Jigar.
