View more Advertisement Video Transcript One team that has been conspicuously quiet has been the Golden State Warriors in free agency No big moves. You've got Jonathan Kuminga in restricted free agency agency, which is always a tricky thing. What is their overall outlook? Well, you got Jonathan Kuminga there, you got Draymond Green there, and you gotta figure out this Kuminga situation. Well, I'm sure Kuminga is in town, supposed to meet with Steve Kerr and Mike Dunleavy Jr. And you know, try to figure it out, and the Warriors hold all the cards. Yeah. Sad to say for Kuminga, man, he just has no power in this. It's just not a good market. Advertisement You know, it makes you wonder, should these guys bet on themselves, take a qualifying offer, and just bet on yourself? Like if you're Kuminga, you don't bet on yourself unless you know your role, right? And your role is advantageous. And if, you know, Steve and Mike are honest and the role isn't advantageous, then you find a trade for him. That's what I would do if I was him. They might be kicking themselves now, it's like you heard about that. Those conversations that he had before last season where maybe he could have signed an extension. Like his people were expecting so much more and they kind of bet on him last season, and other than December, and maybe a game against Houston in the playoffs, he hasn't had an opportunity to prove himself. Advertisement So why hasn't it worked there from the outside looking in? You know, from our relative distance, it looks like if you don't fit in the Stephen Curry system, so to speak, the system that revolves around him, then you don't have a place. If you have Kuminga, Draymond, and, and Kuminga out there respectfully, that's three non-shooters on the floor. And I think that is where the difficulty was. It's more than just shooting, it's you have to have a Harvard-like basketball IQ. The way they do things, if you watch them play. They need everybody to be on that kind of page for it to work right with Steph and Draymond.
