Fitness is not just limited to the profession; we all should stay fit: Vibhanshu Dixit

Vibhanshu Dixit, known for his roles in several TV shows, balances acting with fitness. He makes time for the gym before or after shoots. Fitness has been part of his lifestyle for years. Despite the demanding schedules that come with working in daily soaps, actor Vibhanshu Dixit makes sure to prioritise fitness. Known for playing Akshay in Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udann, Vibhanshu has also been seen in shows like Ali Baba Dastaan-e-Kabul, Kundali Milan, and Mil Ke Bhi Hum Na Mile. Talking about how he fits fitness into his hectic shoot life, Vibhanshu says, 'I never skip the gym. Whenever I get time—either before or after the shoot—I make sure to reach the gym.' He shares that staying fit is something he genuinely enjoys. 'I like being fit. I used to practice karate earlier—I did it for three years. After that, I've been working out in the gym for the last eight years. So fitness has been a part of my lifestyle for a long time now.' Even if acting wasn't his profession, fitness would still be a priority. 'This is a personal choice. Even if I weren't an actor, I think I would still be the same. Because fitness is not just limited to the profession, we all should stay fit. The only difference is that it also benefits me in my work, as being an actor, we face the camera.' He further adds, 'For me, the most important thing is my body. It's a beautiful gift given by the almighty, and taking care of it and keeping it in good shape isn't just my duty, but everyone's responsibility.'
