IIM Jammu 5th among 21 IIMs to secure two international accreditations
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has become one of the few Indian B-schools to earn two prestigious global accreditations in the same academic year. The institute secured a five-year institutional accreditation from the Business Graduates Association (BGA) and a three-year programme accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) for its flagship MBA double recognition places IIM Jammu among the top five IIMs out of 21 to hold both BGA and EFMD accreditations, a rare feat for a second-generation BGA Peer Review Team, operating under the London-based Association of MBAs (AMBA), visited IIM Jammu in January 2025.
They engaged in an extensive review involving leadership, faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners. 'This is a testament to our quality, vision, and global aspirations,' said Professor BS Sahay, Director of IIM Dr Milind P Kamble emphasised the institute's role in nation-building, aligning with the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
