Swipe up that Ninja Air fryer you always wanted and save $40 in this amazing Prime Day deal

Whether you already own an air fryer and want to upgrade, or you've been left behind with the uncertainty over air-frying cooking. Now is the perfect time to either swap to a newer model or ditch your fears. I'm a homes writer and I can say with complete honesty that owning an air fryer has changed how I cook — and for the better. What's more, you can save $40 on the Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1, now $89 at Amazon. I think that's something to shout about! It's one of the best air fryers on the market, and to prove the point, it's rated the best air fryer overall in our buying guide. The Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1 is awarded the top spot in our Air Fryer Buying Guide, and right now you can save $40 at Amazon. We think that's a pretty good deal on an exceptional product that has a 5-qt basket and a lot of capability. The Ninja 4-in-1 Pro Air Fryer is an incredibly capable option and wowed Millie Fender, Managing Editor for Homes, when she put it to the test. It features a five-quart basket, which is perfectly ample for meal-prepping for four. If you want a larger model, you could upgrade to the XL capacity 6.5-quart model, which is also available for $199 at Amazon right now, a 33% reduction. But what do you get with the Ninja Air Fryer Pro 4-in-1? There's a lot to love, including simple and easy-to-use controls, an incredibly powerful reach of up to 400°F, and the ability to crisp French fries in under 10 minutes. And it won't look out of place on your countertop, as it's neat and compact. This Ninja Air Fryer offers four functions: air fry, roast, reheat, and dehydrate. Although other air fryers offer extra functions, these four are plenty without giving you overwhelm. What's more, it's non-stick and dishwasher safe, making clearing up dried-on juices a breeze. Hurry! Shark's vacuum mop puts Dyson square in its sights — and it's under $50 at Walmart right now

Shark's family of vacuum cleaners are some our favorites, but one of the brand's latest cleaning gadgets is a hybrid one. The VacMop VM200 combines the cleaning power of a vacuum with the absorbency of a mop, and is designed to clean hard floors. What's more, the VacMop 2-in-1 gadget is both lightweight and cordless. We think Dyson needs to watch out, as Shark's latest launch is a clear rival to the Wash G1, but there's one big difference that stands out. The cost. The Shark VacMop 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Mop with Targeted Spray is available at Walmart for just $49 — slashing the price down from $99. It's a stark contrast to the Dyson WashG1 that's currently $695 at Amazon. I know where I'll be putting my money! Shark's lightweight VacMop is designed to clean up spills and debris on hardfloors. With a disposable cleaning pad it can tackle wet and dry spills, with a targeted spray. The vacuum sucks in dirt and dedrib to be locked away in the detachable pad. The VacMop comes with two cleaning pads and a 12oz bottle of multi-surface cleaner. Just like its price, the VacMop is super lightweight, weighing in at 3.3lbs (1.5kg). The cordless cleaning machine is designed to pick up and go without having to move around a hefty appliance to clear up dry messes and wet spills. It also features a handy targeted spray, so you can blitz through stuck-on spills and stains with an extra zap of cleaning power. The cleaning system utilizes a disposable pad that simultaneously vacuums and mops, absorbing spills and capturing dirt. Shark also claims 'it's engineered to pick up dry mess that other pads push around, effectively locking away debris.' We'll let you know how it performs once we've tested it. What's more, the no-touch, disposable cleaning pads mean you don't need to deal with a stinky mop head that leaves an unpleasant odor throughout your home. Simply, dispose of the cleaning pads hygienically at the touch of a button. Dyson launched the Wash G1 in September 2024, and Millie Fender, Managing Editor, Homes, put it through its paces. It's also designed to remove both wet and dry debris, but unlike the Shark, it features two separate water tanks, allowing for the separation of clean and dirty water. It also features a debris tray for easy disposal of dry debris. Unless you have hard flooring throughout your home, you'll be unable to manage with just the Dyson Wash G1 alone, which will mean investing in one of the best vacuums. That cost may prove too much to overcome while the Shark VacMop is available at a fraction of the price.

Dyson's cooling fan slashed by $100 at Amazon right now — here's the rival you should buy instead

Dyson is well known for being, well, Dyson. And right now you can save $100 on one of the brand's impressive tower fan. But while it may be tempting to stay cool in the heat and make a big saving (because we all know Dyson's pricing isn't cheap), we'd urge you to hold off for just a second. It may sound like a great deal. Right now, the Dyson Purifier Cool PC1 has been slashed to $399 at Amazon, making for a grand 20% discount. But there's another cooling fan we recommend — although it's produced by Dyson's biggest rival. Eek! While we love the look of Dyson's Purifier Cool PC1 — it's simply sleek, streamlined and positively futuristic — we absolutely loved one of its main competitors. The Shark TurboBlade Fan gained an impressive 4.5-star rating in our recent review, and it's $100 less than the Dyson cooler even with that reduction applied. In fact, you can pick it up the Shark TurboBlade Fan for just $299 at TurboBlade Fan may not have quite the same eye candy appeal — it reminds me slightly of an old-fashioned projector screen — but my colleague Millie Fender, Managing Editor, Homes, was sufficiently impressed she gave it an Editor's Choice award. She wrote, 'I've never tried a fan like the Shark TurboBlade Fan, but now I have, I don't think I could go back.' This Shark TurboBlade Fan is ultra customizable and can pivot, twist and oscillate, circulating and propelling air up to 80ft. The angle and direction can be changed to find the perfect cooling position and it has 10 power levels. Plus, it even has an Air Blanket Model, for smoothing sleep. I'm intrigued to know why Millie rated it so highly. In her verdict she writes, 'This flexible fan offers the best of both worlds: concentrated high-powered cooling, and laid-back whole-room settings for a natural-feeling breeze.' But the ultimate benefit is in the fan's extra-wide construction, which she says 'makes it ideal for end-of-bed cooling to help couples survive those sticky summer nights.' Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. It sounds like Shark has put an end to night time arguments as couples no longer need to decide whose turn it is to have the cooling fan by their side. So how does it work? Unlike some fans that rotate and oscillate, giving a mixed level of cool air depending on where they are pointing, the Shark has two adjustable pivoting side arms, which allow you to shoot two jets of cool air directly out of the FlexBlade simultaneously, so both you and your partner stay cool at the same time. There are also plenty of other benefits. The fan was easy to assemble, just taking one minute to put it together, and it can also be disassembled for easy storage. Millie also noticed how quietly it runs, emitting a low, consistent noise that won't disturb your dreamtime. There's also a Dust Defence feature, and while it won't replace one of the best air purifiers, it will capture particles in the air to prevent dust and allergens from being cast around your home. However, watch this space, because although we recommend the Shark TurboBlade Fan as an excellent cooling fan, we haven't yet reviewed the Dyson Purifier Cool PC1. We'd be intrigued to see what the PC1 offers for that extra $200 (or, $100 with the discount) price point. You know where to find us, Dyson.

People are obsessed with Shark's FlexBreeze HydroGo — here's why it's proving to be the sell-out fan of the summer

Shark's new HydroGo fan may have launched back in March (and here's why I couldn't wait to try it), but, while I was immediately impressed by its design, portability and misting technology, the weather hadn't quite heated up yet and so I was in no rush to buy it. And then it got really hot. Suddenly, along with everyone else, I was desperately searching in my loft for a fan. And then desperately searching on the internet when it turned out mine had mysteriously disappeared. Then, I remembered the Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo. But, it appears, so did everybody else. I've seen this fan cooling down creators across social media since its release and I should've known then that I needed to act fast to get my hands on one. At time of writing, in the U.S., the HydroGo has sold out on Amazon in four of its 11 colors and is selling out fast in the rest. And in the U.K., it's completely sold out! Shark has got us all in its wonderfully cool jaw. And to make it even more of an appealing deal, it's also been on sale. The fan is currently sitting at just $119.99/£99.99 on Amazon, marking a 20% discount. And while you can't put a price on a good night's sleep, $119 is pretty nice. The FlexBreeze HydroGo is selling out fast. This innovative and portable cooling solution brings the breeze both indoors and outdoors. Plus, with cutting-edge misting technology, it creates a spa-like cooling effect that will see temperatures dropping and life in the sunshine improving. With rechargeable batteries, it can last up to 12 hours, keeping you cool and comfy. But, you'll have to be quick; many colors have already sold out. The Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo is focused on cooling you, wherever you go. It boasts a reach of up to 70ft at its highest speed packed into a compact design that can easily be transported by a smart carry handle. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. Weighing it at only 5lbs, it's also incredibly lightweight. So, if you want to use it indoors or outdoors, you don't need a whole lot of space to do so. While Shark says it can last up to 12 hours on a single charge, it does depend on which of the five fan speeds you're using and whether you're taking advantage of the misting technology. And while it already has an eye-catching, sleek design, it's also available in a wide range of different colors including Quartz Pink, Honeydrew Green and Lavender. Or, if you're a fan of a more neutral look, there's Grey, Dove and Charcoal. A pop of color seems to be the allure of the summer though with the more colorful picks selling out fast. Or, if you're in the UK, you can't get your hands on a single one. When Shark launched the HydroGo, it also dropped the FlexBreeze ProMist, too. And, while it costs a little more (currently on sale for $199), our TG Homes Editor, Millie Fender, tried it out and said: "It cools you off like a cucumber in a lux grocery store". When a product like the Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo goes viral, you can't always be sure if it's worth the hype. But, when you take a look at the reviews, it becomes pretty obvious. One user called the HydroGo her "new best friend" with another user saying: "Super awesome fan Though, as is the case with any product, there are some reviews where users called it "extremely overpriced" and worried that it didn't use USB-C for charging, but instead used a barrel connector. Finally, one user from Florida said: "Take it anywhere, anytime! Not large or bulky and it is light weight. I'm ordering two more!!" So, it appears there's not enough fans to go around. If you see a HydroGo available, it may well be worth picking one up (or three).
