VSee Powers Groundbreaking NIH Stroke Recovery Study in Phase 3 Clinical Trial

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VSee Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSEE) a leading provider of HIPAA-compliant digital health solutions has been selected to support a NIH-funded Phase 3 clinical trial study on stroke recovery telerehabilitation based out of UCLA—the second such national trial of post-stroke telerehabilitation. The trial spans 29 hospitals and 202 patients, and will evaluate the outcomes of adding 6 weeks of gamified, home-based telerehab to improve arm functionality in stroke survivors while reducing costs like transportation, caregiver burdens, and hospital readmissions. This Phase 3 VSee as the go-to platform for the next wave of value-based virtual care that improves outcomes while reducing costs. The proven efficacy of Phase 3 trials opens doors for Medicare and private payer reimbursement and opportunities in the $328M global stroke rehab marke t, where telehealth could disrupt traditional physical therapy with better adherence and lower costs. Success also paves the way for gamified telerehabilitation in other areas, e.g. multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury rehab. Professor of neurology at UCLA and a co-principal investigator, Dr. Steven Cramer, MD affirms, 'Reaching Phase 3 in a clinical trial of this scale is a hard-won milestone that has been twelve years in the making—one that wouldn't have been possible without the right partners. VSee Health's HIPAA-compliant platform has been instrumental in ensuring secure, seamless delivery of our interventions—critical for maintaining compliance and engagement in a large-scale trial like this.' Dr. Milton Chen, PhD, Co-CEO of VSee Health adds, 'We're grateful and proud of VSee's role in two of the only nationwide U.S. stroke tele-rehab trials. This Phase 3 trial validates telehealth as a scalable, cost-effective model for neurorehabilitation, and positions VSee as the go-to platform for the next wave of value-based virtual care that improves outcomes while reducing costs.' This trial further solidifies VSee's position as a key player in the telerehab market, building on VSee's prior role in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this neurology study. Enrollment for the clinical trial begins Q3 2025, with the study combining independent and remote therapist-supervised games and exercises via VSee to overcome barriers like limited access to physical therapy clinics and poor patient motivation. VSee Health Launches AI-Powered Telehealth to Reduce Maternal Deaths in Remote Philippines

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VSee Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VSEE), a leader in digital health solutions, customized virtual health workflow integration, and real-time health data analytics, announces the launch of Project MAMA (Mom's AI for Maternity Aid), an innovative telehealth initiative to reduce high maternal mortality rates in rural, isolated Philippines communities of Zamboanga Sibugay. This program demonstrates impact by delivering quality prenatal care to mothers who've previously never gotten an ultrasound or been seen by an OB-GYN Share Working with maternal care physicians and specialists from Stanford University and Ateneo de Zamboanga University, VSee's technology bridges the gap in prenatal care access, enabling women in underserved areas to receive remote OB-GYN consultations via its comprehensive telehealth platform. The solution features AI chatbots responding in local languages, portable diagnostic devices (e.g. ultrasounds) and electronic health records (EHRs) — all operational within four days of deployment. "Project MAMA exemplifies our commitment to addressing global healthcare disparities through innovative technology," said Dr. Milton Chen, PhD, co-CEO of VSee Health. "This program demonstrates impact by delivering quality prenatal care to mothers who've previously never gotten an ultrasound or been seen by an OB-GYN. VSee Health wins telehealth contract for mental health services

US-based digital health services company VSee Health has secured a contract worth $444,000 to implement a white-label telehealth and data analytics platform for a US county's mental and behavioural health services. This platform will use VSee's enterprise-grade digital building blocks to enable scalable and rapid deployment of specialised workflows. VSee Health co-CEO Dr Milton Chen said: "Our modular platform architecture creates significant competitive advantages in the public sector market. "Government entities serving vulnerable populations like the homeless require flexible technology solutions and compliance-ready data reporting capabilities. Our building-block approach enables quick customisations while ensuring data privacy and security compliance." The contract will see the use of VSee's platform to enhance the county's operational efficiency through customisable intake processes, automated consent, standardised assessments, and intelligent provider-matching algorithms. It aims to extend services to low-tech and no-tech demographics by incorporating community centre kiosk workflows and simplifying connections with clinicians. The platform is claimed to ensure patient confidentiality with role-based access and HIPAA-compliant encryption, alongside providing robust compliance reporting for government accountability. VSee Health stated that it aims at accelerating telehealth adoption by offering scalable, and secure digital health solutions to hospitals, governments, and enterprise organisations. Earlier this month, VSee Health expanded and renewed a two-year contract, valued at $2m, with an undisclosed integrated delivery network hospital system. This contract will double the count of hospital beds covered and the roll out of the company's autonomous robot solutions for neurocritical care. In January, VSee Health secured a $160,000 contract with a health system in Florida. "VSee Health wins telehealth contract for mental health services" was originally created and published by Hospital Management, a GlobalData owned brand.
