Hayley Williams releases 17 new songs via website drop linked to Good Dye Young campaign

Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams has released 17 new songs directly through her personal website. The tracks were made accessible via a code distributed through her hair dye brand, Good Dye Young. Once fans entered the code, they were redirected to a special page featuring the unreleased music. Titles include 'True Believer,' 'Mirtazapine,' 'Hard,' 'Negative Self Talk,' 'Discovery Channel,' and 'Zissou.' The page also contains a 'Misc' folder featuring additional media, such as a live performance video believed to be recorded in Phoenix in 2017, a lyric book image, and merchandise labelled 'Hayley Williams is my favourite band.' The nature of the release—whether these tracks constitute a full album or a standalone compilation—has not been clarified. Williams' last known release was the single 'I Like It I Like It' in collaboration with Moses Sumney earlier in 2025. Her previous solo works include the full-length albums Petals for Armor (2020) and Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021), as well as three extended plays. The surprise drop follows closely behind Paramore's reissue of their debut album All We Know Is Falling in a digital deluxe format. The release marked the album's 20th anniversary and featured the first digital appearance of the band's The Summer Tic EP, which was originally only released on CD. Paramore's move to self-release comes after the group parted ways with Atlantic Records in December 2024. They have since announced intentions to continue independently, with new material reportedly in development.

Hayley Williams has delighted fans with the surprise release of her new solo album, Ego. The Paramore frontwoman's new song Mirtazapine aired on WNXP Nashville last week, and now she has shared the 17-track LP on her website, However, those wishing to listen to the record will have to be signed up to the Misery Business singer's hair brand Good Dye Young's mailing list to receive a 16-digit access code. It's not clear whether Hayley - who is now an independent artist after her major label deal expired - will be making the tracks available to stream on traditional outlets after a period of time. The 36-year-old star surprised fans when she gave little notice before dropping her second solo album, Flowers for Vases / descansos, in 2021. Hayley dropped her debut solo record, Petals for Armor, in 2020. Since her last full-length solo effort, Hayley has teamed up with hardcore rockers Turnstile on the song Seein' Stars and singer-songwriter Moses Sumney on the seductive serenade I Like It I Like It. Paramore's Hayley Williams surprise releases nearly 20 songs: How to listen to new music

Hayley Williams is in the business of keeping fans on their toes. The rock singer and Paramore frontwoman has inconspicuously released an album's worth of music on her website accessible with a code. "Submit the exclusive Good Dye Young 16-digit access code that was sent to your inbox," a pop-up on the website says, prompting fans to enter digits sent to them by Williams' hair product line. "Check your inbox for an email from Good Dye Young. If you don't have an email with a code, maybe ask a friend for theirs," the message mysteriously states. From there, fans can access an old-school desktop layout with MP3 files of Williams' new songs, 17 in total, and click play on an audio player. The website also features a "misc" folder. Its contents include a video of Paramore performing in 2017, some lyrics scrawled in a coloring book, a photo of a "Hayley Williams is my favorite band" T-shirt and an audio clip of a child saying, "I'm sorry that you're going through something hard." Williams, 36, has been churning out a steady stream of musical treats. On July 23, she debuted her new song "Mirtazapine" on Nashville Public Radio WNXP. Days later, Paramore released a deluxe version of its 2005 debut album, "All We Know Is Falling," along with an archival EP from 2006.
