I asked the Glasgow TRNSMT 2025 crowd for outfit advice
I'm no stranger to a bit of slagging off for my fashion choices, in the comments online and also from friends.
I felt that this made me the perfect person to take the question to the festival's crowd: "What is your TRNSMT 2025 outfit advice?"
And the responses I received were bold!

One festival-goer who was kitted out in a kilt and a chunky gold chain for 50 Cent offered simple advice: "Whatever's nice and cool, mate. Whatever's nice and cool."
Another also suggested thinking practicality over style, remarking, "Wear as little as possible. It's rather warm, and I am sweating".
Regarding budget-friendly options, one individual stated, "Our festival outfits are from Shein. Very cheap, very reliable. Works every time."
However, another also noted a drawback to the brand: "The Shein stuff's unreal, but everybody's got the same stuff".

To avoid matching outfits, a tip was shared: "So I got this from Misguided, or if you go on your Instagram, like random little stores will come up.
"If you order from them, you're less likely to get copying outfits. That's what I would say".
Another attendee showcasing their Shein outfit confirmed, "This is also from Shein. Nice and cool for the sunshine."
Another described her friend's festival 'fit' as a "fashionista's" look: "She's got the headscarf, the glitzy skirt. You can't go wrong with a cowboy boot either."
The same group had a special personalised t-shirt made for one of their birthdays, they explained: "And it's my 40th. So, my friends got me this t-shirt. A little 40 Cent."
The t-shirt had the lyrics "go shawty it's ya birthday" on the back.
