Exciting time for Wishaw teenager who's set to vie for Miss Teen Great Britain beauty crown
'I am so proud to be able to represent my home town'
A teenage beauty from Wishaw is among the finalists of Miss Teen Great Britain 2025
Beth Scott McBride, won herself a place in the grand final of the beauty pageant competition, beating off competition from across Great Britain.
The competition is for teenage women aged 16 to 19 years old.
It's the first beauty competition that Beth, who is an S6 pupil at St Aidan's High, has ever entered and she received great support from her family.
She's delighted to have made it through to the final event later this year.
'I am so excited to have made it to the grand final,' said Beth. 'It is a great achievement. To win would be amazing.
"When I entered I didn't expect to get to the final. I just thought I'd give it a shot as it's something I was always interested in doing.
'I am so proud to be able to represent my home town and the local area for the Miss Teen Great Britain crown'.
Teenagers from across Britain will compete for the crown in a spectacular grand final that will be held in Blackpool in October this year.
The weekend of Miss Teen Great Britain is set to be full of fun, with the finalists enjoying a Beauty Queen Challenge Day, a pyjama diva party and much more.
The winner will walk off with some incredible prizes – including a cash amount.
