'Maine Pyaar Kiya' star Bhagyashree shakes a leg with daughter Avantika Dassani; fans REACT

Bollywood's beloved mother-daughter duo, Bhagyashree and Avantika Dassani, recently lit up social media with a delightful dance video that's got fans swooning. The two recreated the viral hook step of the peppy Marathi track 'Shaky' by Sanju Rathod, and the internet can't stop calling it 'superb. ' A dance of generations In the video posted by the duo, Bhagyashree can be seen draped in a dark green floral saree, which shows her never-ageing elegance, while Avantika complements her in a vibrant pink traditional suit. Their synchronised moves and beaming smiles are more than just a dance; they are a celebration of their bond. The caption read: 'What a combo! Loved to swing to this one with my doll, Avantika, on this extremely catchy song. Shaky by Sanju Rathod, after Gulabi Sadi…. he has got it just right.' You can see the post here. From screen to social media Bhagyashree, who became a household name with 'Maine Pyaar Kiya,' has made selective but impactful appearances over the years, including her role in 'Thalaivii' as Jayalalithaa's mother. Meanwhile her daughter, Avantika, is paving her own way. After debuting in the web series 'Mithiya' in 2022, she made her big-screen debut with 'Inn Galiyon Mein' earlier this year on 14 March. Despite her growing success, Avantika revealed in an interview that her mother once advised her not to enter the film industry as she warned her about the heartbreaks and rejections that comes with it. Speaking with India Today Digital, Avantika said, 'She told me not to be a part of this industry. That's the advice I got from her and everyone at home. Even now, when I come back from an audition that I have been rejected, or you know, when we don't get the calls, or there's a delay, or something else. My mother and my brother just look at me, with that 'I told you so' expression. There is just a lot of heartbreak involved in our profession." This isn't just a viral moment; it's a reminder of how Bollywood's legacy gracefully passes from one generation to the next, with rhythm, love, and a whole lot of style.
