Teddy Swims, Chris Stapleton and more: 20 big summer 2025 concerts in central Indiana
So far, the summer of 2025 is gifting us blistering heat and schedules jam-packed with touring artists. From the end of June until mid-September, central Indiana will see a steady stream of big names like Teddy Swims, Chris Stapleton, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Cyndi Lauper, and Earth, Wind and Fire.
What's more, Circle City talent will star in beloved shows that include "Waitress" at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre and the Indy Dance Festival, which spotlights classic and cutting-edge artists who live and work in the city.
Here are 20 big concerts that central Indiana music and arts lovers will be buzzing about this summer.
Keith Urban
The country star will bring his "High and Alive World Tour" to Noblesville more than a year after he played the NBA Crossover Concert Series in downtown Indianapolis during the All-Star Game weekend in February 2024.
Teddy Swims

With his hit " Lose Control" practically on repeat everywhere thanks to radio play and streaming, the singer's star is rising. He'll bring his blend of R&B, pop and soul to the Circle City on his "I've Tried Everything But Therapy Tour."
Dave Matthews Band
July 11-12. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $67.20 and up.
Matthews loves Indiana, and Indiana loves Matthews. The band has headlined Ruoff 50 times. The bandleader also visited the venue in 2023 as part of a mega-star Farm Aid lineup.
Wiz Khalifa and Sean Paul
Rapper and songwriter Khalifa has recently released his "Kush + Orange Juice 2" album. And hip-hop artist Paul is known for his reggae album Dutty Rock as well as hits like "Gimme the Light."
'Waitress'
July 17-Aug. 31. Beef & Boards, 9301 Michigan Road. $57-$85, including dinner buffet, fruit and salad bar, coffee, tea and lemonade.

Lord Huron

The band will visit Indianapolis with new single "Who Laughs Last" in tow. Other songs for which the band is known include "Mine Forever" and "The Night We Met."
Indy Dance Festival
July 19-20. Tobias Theater at Newfields, 4000 Michigan Road, and Lilly Hall at Butler University, 4600 Sunset Ave. $25 advance tickets through July 15. $30 general admission. $50 buy-one-give-one tickets. Masterclasses: $25. $60 day pass.
A bevy of performances by some of central Indiana's best talent include iibada Dance Co., Seda Negra/Black Silk Dance Co., Dance Kaleidoscope, Indianapolis Ballet, Laya Bharatanatyam and more.
Earth, Wind and Fire
July 23. Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park, 801 W. Washington St. $30 and up.
The iconic ensemble, a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, is known for hits that include 'Let's Groove,' 'September' and 'Reasons."
The Offspring
The band, which formed in 1984, has a longstanding punk rock reputation and is touring after the release of its "Supercharged" album.
Chris Stapleton
Aug. 1-2. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $225.40 and up, not including resale tickets.
The concerts are part of Stapleton's "All American Road Show" tour. The singer-songwriter, who fuses country, bluegrass and rock, is known for his hits "Tennessee Whiskey" and "Cold."
Fitz and the Tantrums
A combination of indie, soul and dance-floor-friendly rhythms have helped the band known for "HandClap" and "Out of My League" reach billions of streams.
Cyndi Lauper
Central Indiana is on the list for the iconic singer's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour" — a show that blends her hits with visual art by Yayoi Kusama and Christian Siriano, among others.
Rod Stewart
Aug. 9. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $30 and up.
Stewart's "One Last Time" tour will bring hits like "You Wear It Well," "Maggie May," "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy."
Red Clay Strays

The country rock band is growing in popularity thanks to hits "Wondering Why" and "Wanna Be Loved" and well-received album "Made by These Moments."
Nelly
Rappers Ja Rule and Eve and more guests will join the "Hot in Herre" artist on the multi-continent "Where the Party At Tour."
Black Keys
Aug. 24. Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park, 801 W. Washington St. $67.20 and up.
After scrapping a tour last year that included a stop at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the bluesy rock band will return this summer, playing selections from their 2024 "Ohio Players" album and likely their new one — "No Rain, No Flowers" — which will be out Aug. 8.
Luke Bryan
Aug. 28. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $67.45 and up.
The artist, who's known for "Do I" and "That's My Kind of Night" has racked up multiple honors, including CMT Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards.
Billy Idol
Aug. 30. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $30 and up.
The icon will be joined by another legendary group: Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The show should be chock-full of hits like "Rebel Yell," "White Wedding" and "Bad Reputation."
Pantera
Sept. 5. Ruoff Music Center, 12880 E. 146th St. in Noblesville. $30 and up.
The iconic heavy metal band will include classic members vocalist Philip H. Anselmo and bassist Rex Brown as well as guitarist Zakk Wylde and drummer Charlie Benante. The tour celebrates late founding members, drummer Vinnie Paul and guitarist Dimebag Darrell.
Outlaw Music Festival
The festival is returning to Noblesville for the first time since 2019, and the star-filled lineup includes Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan and Sheryl Crow.
