Bold prediction made for Jets' Garrett Wilson made by ESPN
Bold prediction made for Jets' Garrett Wilson made by ESPN The New York Jets are hoping for big things out of Garrett Wilson in 2025 and ESPN thinks it's possible via a bold prediction. In a breakdown of 100 NFL-related things ahead of the 2025 NFL season, Wilson and the Jets are noted. Wilson will now undoubtedly be the No. 1 receiver in New York following the departure of quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wideout Devante Adams this offseason. Replacing Rodgers is Justin Fields and ESPN's Benjamin Solak sees a promising future for Fields and Wilson. The two were previously teammates at Ohio State in college and it's clear there is a belief that chemistry could still be there... because it's predicted that Wilson will lead the NFL in receiving yards in 2025. Not a bad projection for the green and white... and it's not the craziest of ideas considering the potential chemistry already built. Despite a slew of quarterbacks throwing him the ball in his career, Wilson has surpassed 1,000 yards each year in the NFL. ESPN's breakdown on Wilson can be found below:

Bill Belichick reveals truth on Jordon Hudson viral email
(NewsNation) — Bill Belichick shed background on the email that went viral about his girlfriend Jordon Hudson's role with the University of North Carolina football team, according to a report. Belichick on 'The Pivot' podcast with ESPN's Ryan Clark last week said he requested that Hudson, 24, be copied on all emails sent to him because he had nobody to assist him at the time. 'We didn't have a sports information guy,' Belichick explained. 'Because all emails are shared publicly, that was taken as Jordon's running the sports information department. And that also led to a narrative, which is just totally — she's not doing it. I mean, there was nobody to help me sort it out, so I was asking her to do it.' WNBA investigating racial slurs by fans made at Angel Reese during Indiana game, AP source says Earlier this month, word had surfaced that Hudson had been banned from football facilities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. That rumor was quickly negated by the university. 'While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,' the school wrote in a statement. 'Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick's personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.' NFL owners set to discuss tush push again, along with playoff and flag football proposals Belichick's relationship with Hudson has been raising eyebrows after a wide-ranging interview last month went sideways. Hudson shut down questioning when Belichick was asked questions about their relationship. Reports surfaced afterwards that she stormed off set numerous times, caused delays and interrupted the interview several times. Belichick and Hudson have been associated for nearly five years and are in a personal relationship. The two met while on a flight from Massachusetts to Florida in February 2021. They were seated next to each other and struck up a conversation. Hudson has been seen at several sporting and NFL-related events with Belichick. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc.
