Lux has since elaborated on what Pedro's support means to her. 'What makes him so fabulous is that he wears all of his humanity on his sleeve, and he doesn't hide who he is,' she told THR. 'And I think that's refreshing, because usually we move around the world hiding who we are. That's the main lesson I've gotten from him: There's no reason for me to hide who I am, right? And I think people are seeing that.' 'We protect each other very much,' Lux told People. 'He protects me a lot, but I guess I'm more under the radar, but I protect him a lot too.' She also spoke about the joys of growing up with him. 'He has a very powerful personality, and he was always the most fun to be around with,' she said. 'I would ditch all my friends just to hang out with my brother. It was such a special moment whenever he would visit us in Chile.' In his 2023 Esquire cover story, Pedro spoke about their childhood, too. '[Lux] ruled the household right away,' he shared. 'When my older sister and I would visit [Chile], we were like intruders. Our mother was her mother, but for us to think that we were entitled to this woman's attention in any way was absurd.' He elaborated on their connection, saying, 'She is and has always been one of the most powerful people and personalities I've ever known. My protective side is lethal, but I need her more than she needs me.' Lux has made several red carpet appearances with Pedro. In January 2024, the siblings attended the Emmys in Los Angeles. Pedro was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role in The Last of Us. They also stopped by HBO's post-Emmy Reception in West Hollywood. The film, largely shot in Colombo, will feature key technicians and experts from Narcos, and is being produced on a massive scale. Behind Her Eyes was originally released on the streaming platform back in 2021. It is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Sarah Pinborough. Steve Lightfoot, the writer and showrunner behind such hits as The Punisher, Narcos and Hannibal, adapted it for the screen. The story follows a single mother who enters a world of twisted mind games when she begins an affair with her psychiatrist boss while secretly befriending his mysterious wife. Its cast includes British actor Tom Bateman, along with Eve Hewson, who is the daughter of Bono and went on to star in Netflix's Perfect Couples. One Netflix user on Reddit posted asking for recommendations on a perhaps lesser known title on the platform that they could binge. They said: "Ideally seeking one of those shows where it would take a physical intervention to stop you watching the next episode. Like Severance, or early Lost, or similar. A new 12-part series has been released on Netflix and has been gaining a lot of attention from fans who are describing the show as "thrilling" and "so good" Narcos enthusiasts are being encouraged to check out a gripping new police drama rooted in real events, which has just landed on Netflix. Viewers have already taken to social media in droves to heap praise on the 12-episode series, which draws inspiration from real-life incidents and chronicles a police unit pursuing American criminals south of the border.
