A lucky Irish EuroMillions player has kicked off their weekend in style after winning a life-changing six-figure prize in Friday night's draw. The lucky punter was one of 10 winners of the Ireland-Only Raffle in Friday's draw. And while that prize is usually worth €5,000, the National Lottery has added an additional prize of €250,000 for one winner of the Ireland-Only Raffle for all nine draws during the month of May. As a result, the EuroMillions player in question will wake up tomorrow morning a cool €255,000 richer thanks to their winning raffle number - I- SDZ-53784. The other nine Ireland-Only raffle numbers, all worth €5,000 apiece, can be seen here. In total, over 81,000 players in Ireland won prizes in Friday night's EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus games. The winning numbers for tonight's jaw-dropping EuroMillions jackpot of €74,400,108 are in. While there was no outright winner, one Irish player will be celebrating after scooping a six-figure prize. The lucky individual won the top prize in the EuroMillions Plus draw by matching all five numbers correctly. These were 5, 16, 21, 36 and 46. They stand to take home a life-changing prize of €500,000 but as of now, have yet to come forward. National Lottery bosses have issued an urgent appeal for players to check their numbers carefully. As part of that appeal, they have confirmed details about where the golden ticket was purchased. It has been confirmed that the EuroMillions Plus top prize winner bought their ticket somewhere in Co Donegal. This winner is among over 49,000 players in Ireland who won prizes in tonight's EuroMillions games. Also in the EuroMillions Plus draw, some 62 players matched four of the five winning numbers and will take home €2,000 each. Meanwhile, there were 10 winners in the Ireland Only raffle, who will each take home a prize of €5,000. It was a dismal night for Irish players in the main draw, with the most any player won being just €143, scooped by 15 players who matched four numbers plus one lucky star.
