157 students lauded for boards results

Ranchi: A total of 157 students from Jesuit and partner schools across Gumla, Simdega, Khunti, Lohardaga, and Ranchi were felicitated at the Magis Award Ceremony-2025 on Sunday.
Organised by the Ranchi Jesuit Society on the theme, 'Excellence for Integrity', the event celebrated passout students of Classes X and XII for their performance in the 2025 board examinations.
Congratulating the students, education minister Ramdas Soren highlighted the govt's commitment to educational equity.
"Our children cannot progress unless we ensure equal educational opportunities for all. The state is committed to bridging this gap with initiatives like the CM Schools of Excellence and new Netarhat-model residential schools. We aim to empower rural and tribal students to compete nationally," he stated.
