Earlier, Soo Hyun had filed a defamation case against the YouTuber for spreading misinformation and for defaming the actor. His name, however, has not been fully listed in the real estate seizures, as it would require his private records to be made public per legalities. To protect his personal information, his name was not included directly in the real estate seizure. The Seoul Central District Court approved Kim Soo Hyun's agency's request for a damages lawsuit and an asset seizure request. While the request was filed for 11 billion KRW, the properties seized by the company amount to 4 billion KRW. HoverLab or Garosero 's bank account that holds corporate sponsorship funds has been seized under the provision order. As per reports from Allkpop, a legal expert and advisor weighed in on the situation and shared his opinion with the public. He stated that 'This means the court found the lawsuit submitted by Kim Soo Hyun's side sufficiently compelling.
