Germany secured their spot in the showpiece by thumping France 3-0 on Wednesday at Kosicka Futbalova Arena. Now explosive reports in their homeland have revealed that afterwards they were confronted by one of the stadium's VIP hostesses on the team bus. The fuming woman, described as being 'visibly distraught' and having 'her makeup smeared by tears', stormed the coach as staff and players waited for the few remaining stars to complete post-match doping tests. The lady marched straight past a security guard armed with a submachine gun and four stewards to board the coach and headed straight for boss Di Salvo, who was seated near the front. She then pulled out her phone and began taking several photos as the Germans looked on in total bemusement. The mugs, worth €3 each, were believed to have been provided for the match officials to enjoy some post-match fluids. Instead, 15 of them went missing and stadium staff were quick to point the finger of blame at the German players. Then later, empty mugs were there, which were suddenly gone. 'Someone must have thrown them away. She obviously thought our players had simply taken them. But that was definitely not the case.' Reports: Stuttgart demanding €100 million for Woltemade

Robert Nemeti/dpa VfB Stuttgart are demanding a transfer fee of €100 million ($117.2 million) for striker Nick Woltemade, according to media reports. The Kicker sports magazine said that Stuttgart officials are only prepared "to sit down at the negotiating table at all" for this sum. Advertisement The player has a contract with Stuttgart until 2028, but the Bild newspaper and broadcasters Sky recently said that Woltemade's management rejected a renewal. They said he has reached an agreement with Munich should a summer transfer be possible. Reports said that talks between the clubs could start next week, but Bayern were expecting a transfer fee in the region of €50 million. Woltemade, 23, came to Stuttgart a year ago from Werder Bremen and has had exceptional weeks lately. He helped Stuttgart win the German Cup, scoring five goals in the competition along with 12 in the Bundesliga. He can add another title on Saturday if Germany beat England in the under-21 Euros final in Slovakia where Woltemade is tournament top scorer with six goals. The good form also earned him the first two senior Germany caps at the Nations League finals in early June.

Nick Woltemade only focused on Germany U21s amid Bayern Munich interest
Nick Woltemade has been front and centre of a transfer to Bayern Munich this week, but Germany's U21 star avoided any questions that arose of a pending transfer to the Bundesliga champions with his sole focus on winning the UEFA European U21 Championship. 'I'm really looking forward to the final and being on the pitch with the guys that I've been playing with for so long,' Woltemade told reporters gathered at the press conference. 'This is a unique opportunity to win the title – that's what we're aiming for. It will be my last U21 international match, and that's why there's a lot of anticipation for the game.' Advertisement When asked about how the background noise affects him, the 23-year-old replied: 'Well, I'm really looking forward to the game,' before a UEFA representative intervened. Pushed for an answer, Woltemade added: 'There are always things happening around you – that affects not only me, but other players as well,' before stating that the final is his only focus: 'It's the only chance in my life that I can win the U21 title, and I'd love to do that.' Germany U21 head coach Antonio Di Salvo also had his say on the matter: 'I'm concerned with 23 players and the final, and I couldn't care less about anything else.
