Leigh-Anne Pinnock makes Wimbledon fashion statement ahead of music comeback

Leigh-Anne Pinnock donned a strappy summer dress to attend the 2025 women's singles final match at Wimbledon on Saturday - as the countdown to her new single release continues Leigh-Anne Pinnock took inspiration from tennis whites to dress for Wimbledon on Saturday as she joined a string of celebs to watch the women's singles finals. Tennis fever was high as America's Amanda Anisimova prepared to take on Poland's Iga Swiatek in a high stakes match for the title. Little Mix icon Leigh-Anne looked elegant and composed as she arrived at the All England Club to watch all the sporting action. She arrived wearing a light and airy summer dress, and was joined by her mum, Debbie, who also sported a white outfit. ‌ Leigh-Anne attended the Evian Mountain Of Youth VIP Suite ahead of the tennis match starting, and relaxed behind the scenes while goofing around with giant pink tennis balls and posed with a tennis racket. She matched her dress with a strappy pair of white heels and had her hair tied up in a commanding style. ‌ The singer joined other stars including Maya Jama, Katherine Jenkins and Hayley Atwell, at Wimbledon as the 2025 women's champion was set to be crowned. Leigh-Anne was attending the sporting event as she prepares to launch her latest single as a solo star. She first burst into the spotlight as a contestant on The X Factor, where she formed Little Mix alongside Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall. Jesy quit the band in 202,0 and the remaining members began a band hiatus in 2022, leaving them free to pursue solo ventures. ‌ Leigh-Anne released her first single, Don't Say Love, in 2023, and this was followed by the EP No Hard Feelings the following year. She has now been teasing her next single, which is the lead of her rumoured debut full solo album. Sharing artwork for her new single over the past week, Leigh-Annd wrote on Instagram: "BEEN A MINUTE out next Friday, 18th July." And she excitedly added: "Damn, that feels so good to finally say," while encouraging her fans to pre-save the new single. The announcement sparked a frenzy of excitement from fans who expressed joy over the fact that she will soon be releasing new material. ‌ In May this year, Leigh-Anne announced she had partnered with Virgin Music Group as an independent artist, after splitting from Warner Records, who will release her new music. In an Instagram clip teasing her new music, Leigh-Anne wrote: "Control looks good on me" as Virgin posted in the comments with a string of heart emojis. Leigh-Anne replied back: "Let's go." Telling her 9.9 million followers that "something beautiful is on the way", the mum-of-two - who shares twin girls with her footballer husband Andre Gray - also shared a selfie to her Instagram stories as she posed with a drink in the sunshine and captioned it: "Cheers to a Leigh-Anne summer." In another smiling selfie she said it was "what freedom looks like". ‌ Giving fans an update in a voice note to fans on the Discord platform, the singer said: "Seriously guys I've been wanting to tell so much what was happening, but yeah obviously the process of changing over has been... yeah that's what has obviously taken time. But yeah obviously we are here - need you guys to stay with me, it is coming. But I just wanted you guys to know it is going to be a Leigh-Anne summer and y'all better get ready." In March last year the Mirror revealed Warner Records had refused to fork out for a video shoot to accompany her track Stealin Love - after her previous solo singles Don't Say Love and My Love got only a lukewarm response. Insiders claimed the singer had to put some of her own money into her solo career after failing to get the funds she needed. One said: "There was so much excitement around Leigh-Anne's solo career, but that seemed to wane after the first two tracks."

Jennifer Lawrence Swaps Her Favorite Easy Pants for an Elevated Skirt Trend

It clearly took something very special to part Jennifer Lawrence from her favorite La Ligne pants. Having worn the comfy $295 pants with just about everything, Lawrence instead opted for a midi skirt incorporating the current lace clothing trend for a night out. The No Hard Feelings star also carried a super rare The Row bag and wore an in-demand pair of ballet flats from the coveted brand. Leaving her cargo pants at home, the Oscar-winner was photographed in New York wearing a red silk blouse with a simple black cardigan, and a black lace-trim midi skirt. Leaning into the reinvigorated indie sleaze trend, and including a nod to fashion's current new Victorian influences, the slip skirt—once a '90s trend staple—continues to dominate runways in 2025. Late last year, Zoë Kravitz demonstrated the appeal of a lace-trim slip skirt for an evening out with Taylor Swift. The style seems all but set to become one of 2025's most popular skirt trends. View Deal View Deal View Deal Lawrence accessorized her outfit with an ultra-rare The Row Lady Bag, worth approximately $33,000, which the actress appears to own in two colors. For footwear, the Hunger Games star picked The Row's sold-out Eva leather ballet flats. For jewelry, Lawrence pulled a Sophie Buhai 1930 18K Gold Vermeil Necklace, a Foundrae Pause Internal Compass Medium Medallion Garnet with Annex Link, and a Foundrae Heavy Belcher Open Chain in 18K Gold. View Deal View Deal View Deal Lawrence, of course, is a major fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's fashion brand. For instance, in December 2023, Lawrence wore a $10,000 cherry red coat from The Row to attend the Broadway opening of the play "Appropriate." Since then, she's been seen wearing The Row on a multitude of occasions. Lawrence, who is styled by Jamie Mizrahi, discussed her approach to fashion with The Kit in October 2023. "I always think it's elegant to get ready quickly," the actress explained. "This is weird, but in Eyes Wide Shut when Nicole Kidman has her hair up and she has glasses on, and then she takes her hair down and takes off her glasses, it's like [this moment of] effortless beauty."

Leigh-Anne sent temperatures soaring as she posed braless in a silky white tank and a draped maxi skirt - flaunting her flat stomach. The mother-of-two then posed up a storm in a racy red dress that showcased her figure. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The former Little Mix singer, 33, also teased the arrival of new music soon claiming thrilled: 'We're so fricken close' In another picture, the X-Factor alum is seen laying down on a red sofa with her headphones on, looking absorbed in her own thoughts. She also shared bits behind the scenes while recording new music - as Leigh-Anne frequently whisked off to the studio. Captioning her recent carousel, she wrote: 'Thinking about how much I can't wait to release this now- we're so fricken close.' The OMG hitmaker struggled to contain her excitement ahead of releasing brand-new music, shortly after revealing she has left her record label Warner Music Group. Leigh-Anne signed with Warner as a solo artist in 2022 and released her EP, No Hard Feelings, the following year. But her solo career stalled after Warner 'wouldn't pay for a music video' for her last single after she reportedly 'failed to impress' with her other tracks. More than a year later, Leigh-Anne has revealed she is returning to music this summer - and it seems she is doing so independently with the help of Virgin. In a new clip teasing the music, Leigh-Anne's hand was seen beside a record player which had 'Virgin Music Group' written on it, suggesting she has made the move to the label - which works as a partner to independent artists. Leigh-Anne appeared to confirm she had made the label switch in a voice note to fans on her Discord channel earlier this week as she discussed 'the process of changing over', and she replied 'Let's do this' to Virgin when they commented hearts on her music announcement. In a further hint at her becoming an independent artist, Leigh-Anne captioned the music teaser clip: 'Control looks good on me...' Then on Saturday, Leigh-Anne shared a collection of snaps from the studio as well as a selfie where she sported a cheesy grin. She said the selfie was 'what freedom looks like'. She also appears to not follow Warner's Head of Artists and Repertoire Karen Kwak on Instagram. It is unknown if she followed her beforehand. Seemingly confirming her change of label on Discord, Leigh-Anne could be heard saying: 'Seriously guys I've been wanting to tell so much what was happening but yeah obviously the process of changing over has been... yeah that's what has obviously taken time. 'But yeah obviously we are here, need you guys to stay with me, it is coming. But i just wanted you guys to know it is going to be a Leigh-Anne summer and y'all better get ready.' MailOnline has approached representatives for Leigh-Anne for comment. Leigh-Anne launched her solo career in June 2023 after Little Mix went in their separate directions. The band announced their split in December 2021, when they revealed the trio would be taking a break following 10 'amazing' years together. Since the split, bandmate Leigh-Anne has embarked on a successful solo career, and even received Glamour's Musician of the Year award last October.
