WAJA signs SAR 12.9M contract for shopping center finishing works

WAJA Co. signed today, May 27, a contract with Redof Contracting LLC to carry out the interior and exterior finishing works for the Wadi Khuzam Shopping Center, located in Al-Khuzam District. The center is owned by the main developer, the National Housing Co. (NHC), in partnership with the sub-developer and operator, Nojoom Al Salam Co. for Investment and Real Estate Development. In a statement to Tadawul, WAJA said the contract is valued at approximately SAR 12.9 million, inclusive of VAT, with a duration of six months. The company expects the contract to positively impact its revenues in the fourth quarter of this year. Under the terms of the agreement, WAJA will execute all interior and exterior finishing works for the project, including architectural, electromechanical, and landscaping works across the entire site.
