Michael Scott's Condo From ‘The Office' Lands on the Market -- Here's How Much It's Selling For
Anyone who has ever seen The Office likely recognizes the importance Michael Scott's condo places in both the show's overall continuity and the eventful life of Dunder Mifflin's regional branch manager. The "sanctuary" and "party pad" of Steve Carell's famously eccentric corporate employer, Michael's condo in The Office provides the backdrop to some of the NBC series' most famous episodes, including "Office Olympics," "Fun Run" and -- most memorably -- "The Dinner Party." While Michael envisioned his idyllic condo as the main setting for starting a family, the property has officially entered the housing market, catching the interest of average home enthuasists and Office super fans alike. Located on 7303 Bonnie Place in Reseda, California, the condo features three bedrooms, three bedrooms and a total of 1,458 square feet. A "very clean, well kept, turn-key home," it also has a two-car garage and a backyard patio. Based inside a gated community, Zillow currently lists several "famous neighbors" inside the complex, including Johnny Depp and M. Night Shyamalan (a reference to Michael Scott falsely believing the two Hollywood celebrities were his new neighbors in The Office). Right now, the property is listed at $710,000, with a "pending sale" as of July 1 following 70 days on the market. However, the realtor is still accepting alternative offers for anyone interested in the residence. "It came to the market on April 18 [and] there were several offers previously," realtors Rummie and Susan Guevara confirmed to Newsweek. "It has found a buyer now and are in escrow." As expected, numerous fans of The Office have expressed their interest in the listing, with the realtors even mentioning the condo's repeated appearance in the popular mockumentary sitcoms. "A few guests specifically mentioned The Office. Others, I brought it up-and we made sure to highlight it in the MLS listing," Guevera remarked. Copyright 2025 The Arena Group, Inc. Helping Hands Society fundraises for kids in Annual Office Olympics
BUTLER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — One of the biggest fundraisers for a local nonprofit is now in the books. Saturday's event combined Olympic-style games with plenty of laughs and camaraderie. A night of friendly competition, laughter, and teamwork. The Helping Hands Society's Annual Office Olympics Fundraiser brought people together for more than just games. It's all about raising money to support children who need educational and therapeutic services. 'The Helping Hands Society is a facility that deals with children with developmental delays, learning disabilities, we also have typical pre school so any child can go there,' Helping Hands Society Executive Director Mary Beth Koch said. The nonprofit serves children from birth to school age, ensuring they get the support they need to reach their full potential. But like many organizations, funding is key. Local inclusive business opens new bakery 'We fundraise all the time because we try to keep the cost down,' Koch added. 'This is a great fundraiser for the organization and plus, it's a lot of fun. Everyone gets involved in doing some crazy games and it's, everybody seems to enjoy it,' Charlie Burkhardt Helping Hands Society Assistant Treasurer stated. Teams competed in five different games, from tossing quarters to maneuvering a cookie down your face, all for the children. 'All the funds go back to help support the kids for speech, physical, occupational therapy, and listen, every $20 you raise is like an hour's worth of therapy for the kids. So it's a very worthwhile cause. That's why we're here today,' said event attendee Jack Mateo. But taking home the trophy was another goal, too. 'We are very competitive, we're here to win!' Mateo exclaimed. And win they did. The Office Olympics raised more than $1,000 Saturday night. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved.
