Odessa's governor Oleg Kiper confirmed the strikes this morning in a post to Telegram and said rescuers are working to save those trapped under rubble. He detailed that the strikes hit residential buildings in the city and that three children were injured in the attack. Moscow launched drone and missile attacks on Ukraine as peace talks initiated by the US have stalled. Russia has demanded Ukraine cede more land and give up Western military support as a precondition to peace, something Kyiv deems unacceptable.
