The announcement was made on 8 July 2025 during a live event in Dubai. The showcase featured both the OpenBlue Platform and Johnson Controls' Facility Explorer FX. Al-Futtaim Technologies reported that the event offered clients and industry stakeholders an in-depth look at the capabilities of the technologies.
According to the company, the OpenBlue Platform enables real-time operational insights, predictive maintenance, and enhanced occupant experiences. It also supports sustainability efforts through digital intelligence and energy optimization.
