Pak again extends closure of key air base struck during Operation Sindoor
Pakistan has for the third time extended the closure of the sole runway at its Rahim Yar Khan air base, suggesting the extensive damage inflicted by India during its Operation latest NOTAM (notice to airmen) issued by Pakistan said the runway would remain closed for flight operations till August 5. Without specifying any reason, the NOTAM just mentioned that the closure was due to work in The first NOTAM was issued on the day of India's strikes on May 10. It said the runway at the strategic airbase in Punjab province would be unavailable for flight operations for a week. Pak working on long-range nuclear ballistic missile that can reach US: Report
The Pakistani military is secretively developing a nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) that could reach the United States, according to intelligence agencies in Washington. The report by 'Foreign Affairs' comes amid reports that Pakistan was looking to upgrade its nuclear arsenal with support from China after India's Operation report, quoting US officials, said if Pakistan goes on to acquire such a missile, Washington would designate the country as a nuclear nation possessing nuclear weapons that is considered a potential threat or opponent of the US is seen as a nuclear adversary.
