More than 90 private planes reportedly requested to land at Venice's Marco Polo airport as the world's rich and famous jetted into the city. A source revealed to Daily Mail that around 60 of Venice's water taxis are reserved for the week, with some of the 400 gondolas on the island out of commission as well. Some of the most expensive and high-end hotels in the Italian city include The Aman, where you can book a room for over $2,700 per night, and Hotel Cipriani, which goes for over $2,000 per night. Bezos' superyacht, Koru, which includes a bronze goddess statue that shares similarities with his lover Sanchez, is also in the area, moored off the coast of Croatia, which is located across from Italy in the Mediterranean.

People have been speculating that you were paying tribute to your mum's 1998 Givenchy by Alexander McQueen Oscars dress, the year she was nominated for Titanic? It's so funny, because I didn't know that she'd worn this dress. It wasn't intentional at all. As soon as the film wrapped, I thought, if this goes on a red carpet, I have to wear green, because that color is important to Liesl—she has these green stockings and green eyeshadow, which are her signature. This Oscar de la Renta dress was gorgeous and it made me so happy, but yeah, I had no idea that she'd worn something similar.
