The median home in Henderson County listed for $246,400 in May, slightly down from the previous month's $247,150, an analysis of data from shows. Compared to May 2024, the median home list price decreased 1.6% from $247,425. The statistics in this article only pertain to houses listed for sale in Henderson County, not houses that were sold.
